The location of this cottage is spectacular; only steps away from the water with a beautiful view of the lake. We liked that we could also bring our dog who was so happy to swim in the lake. The area is very quiet and peaceful too.

Even though our stay was rain filled, We found the cottage to be comfortable, very clean and had everything you might need! The owner Beth is very attentive and made the whole process of booking and being able to enjoy her home a pleasant experience. This is a perfect place if you just really want to just relax -use the kayaks, read, puzzles or just sit and enjoy the view. If you are looking for activities like shopping, hiking or visiting small town events you really won’t find these close by. Bring groceries just for convenience the grocery stores are 15-20 minutes away. The open kitchen, living room, dining area is very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is just roomy enough and one of the two bedrooms is as well. Be aware one bedroom is very tight for space as the queen bed takes most of the space the window towards the lake makes up for it with the view. The screened in porch is the highlight! Great view with a bit of privacy provided by a beautiful tree. Swimming would be best off end of dock as there are many water lilies. I’m sure you’ll enjoy a stay here. The cottage is directly on the water with a beautiful view.

There were lots of supplies for cookies and eating which came in handy. Also, lots of toiletries which were quite handy.

Pleasant area right in the lake. We were happy to be able to bring our two dogs. Comfortable beds, living room, sofas, etc. fully stocked kitchen. Washer & dryer. The view from the cabin was beautiful. The fully screened in porch was a bonus. We recommend this rental.

Nice place to get away and get some rest. The bay got limited boat traffic which was nice. Being at the end of the bay sounds of other camps would echo a bit...but only occasionally.

Our stay at Beth’s place was perfect. The cottage has everything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed sunsets on the dock over the lake! It’s a peaceful and quiet place, perfect for relaxing. When it was chilly we were still able to enjoy the lake from the windows in the living room overlooking the lake. Beth was very kind and brought us some squash from her garden which we enjoyed very much. We love to visit again!

Great little getaway!

My girlfriend and I adored our stay! Everyone in the area was super friendly, neighbors would wave when youre on the water, people were genuinely kind up here. House was in great condition as well, nothing to complain about.

Fantastic property, from the minute you pull into the driveway. Excellent layout, loved the sun porch. The most well equipped kitchen that we've ever stayed in. Everything is labeled making it so easy to find things. The lake is gorgeous. Even though we didn't get out on it, you can still enjoy the tranquility right from the cabin. There's nothing like having morning coffee on the lounge chair in the yard with that view. Host was incredible to work with and answered any questions immediately. We will most definitely be back!

Perfect waterfront location

Cozy, comfortable, clean and inviting stay. The men/boy in the family loved the fishing. It was nice to be able to include our 2 dogs.

We loved this place- on a quiet road, right on the lake. Beautiful property, could watch the sunset right from our place. The house had everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back!

Our family has been on Crescent Lake since 1982. My parents built a house then, about 13 years later my husband and I built a house and when the next door cottage became available in 2008, we couldn't resist......

We think this might be one of the best properties on the lake. Located in the cove it's quiet since it's a no wake zone of the lake.
But you get fantastic westerly views and beautiful sunsets.
It's just really beautiful and peaceful.

Just 2 hours from Boston it's a pretty easy drive. Close to ski mountains in winter and lots of fun activities on the lake in the summer. Screen in porch is a nice place to read and enjoy the view.
