Very beautiful villa built on 2 levels, offering a tasteful and nicely decorated interior, with comfortable furniture. The exterior opens onto a beautiful grassy area with trees. It also benefits from its private swimming pool surrounded by a large tiled terrace and having a superb view of the sea and the city on one side, and of the surrounding mountains on the other.
Areas and equipment: Living space of approximately 179 mÂČ. Plot of approximately 1000 mÂČ. Free wifi Internet connection. Washing machine.
Main floor: Living room / dining room (with TV German channels and opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool). Open and equipped kitchen (with hotplates, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker).
3 small steps to climb to: 2 double bedrooms (with a double bed in each). 1 shower room (with WC). 1 bathroom (with WC).
