One large room upstairs, unfortunately no cupboard or hanging space, with a mattress on floor in a wooden frame. Downstairs was one large room with 2 lounges that pull out as beds, very difficult to manage, a bench with sink, hotplates, and fridge. The suggestion that there is 2 bedrooms is very misleading. Ironically, very good value for money, especially in location in Paris. The liaison for the apartment, David, was brilliant and a wealth of information and assistance. Very suitable for 20 - 40 year olds, but challenging for older travellers.

Simple flat and great neighbourhood. The neighbourhood was very good and we could easily walk to all our destinations in Paris. The furnishings were very basic, there were not enough chairs for five people to sit properly at the table. We didn't feel like cooking with the kitchen equipment, especially as there was no possibility of ventilation apart from the front door. We had to wash the dishes first and we couldn't use the washing machine as there was still wet laundry in it. Unfortunately, the WLAN did not work. All in all, the accommodation was a good base for our activities, but we had expected more in terms of facilities

Overall we had a great stay here. The accommodations were exactly as listed. That said that means no A/C and no available windows to open for ventilation. This was not an issue for us as we just opened the door to the apartment for a bit which helped cool it off. Communication was okay but I had to remind the property owner of our reservation. Once he remembered he was very quick to respond and provide the information necessary for check-in and out. Overall would definitely recommend staying here!

Important Considerations Before Booking

Unfortunately, our recent stay fell short of expectations due to several significant issues. While the unit had potential, these drawbacks greatly impacted our comfort and overall experience.Upon arrival, we were immediately concerned by the lack of proper bedding for the pull-out couches. Instead, we found dirty blankets and what appeared to be used bedding, which was unhygienic and unacceptable. Furthermore, the unit was noticeably unclean, with dust present throughout.One major point of discomfort was the large skylight positioned directly above the main bed. This meant we were subjected to sunlight beaming into the room at sunrise, making it very difficult to sleep properly unless you're accustomed to being woken by bright light.Another significant structural issue was the metal grid floor in the loft. This design flaw allowed dust and dirt to fall directly onto the sleeping area below, creating an unsanitary environment for those sleeping on the pull-out couches.Finally, the location itself was a considerable detractor for experiencing Paris. The immediate area is predominantly filled with commercial buildings, Asian markets, and restaurants, which, while offering some amenities, doesn't provide the typical Parisian charm or atmosphere many travelers seek. If your aim is to immerse yourself in the classic Parisian experience, this location might not be the right choice.We hope these observations are helpful for future guests and for the property owner to address it.

The information about the place is completely misleading, they don’t have 2 bedrooms. It’s a loft with metal bars in the second floor with a doble bed and 2 sofa beds downstairs. Filthy, muggy, black mold on the bathroom. No ventilation, not even one window at the property.

Do Not Stay Here

This has been the worst experience we have had with VRBO. The property owner is NOT responsive at all. We were given a location to leave our luggage early but no additional information. We called 9 times before giving up and storing our luggage at a hotel because we couldn't get in. Then we requested checkin information and he did not get back to us. We ended up calling him 18 times before he finally answered and sent over the information 2 hours past checkin. As soon as you walk in, you are hit with a wall of smoke. I got an instant migraine. Aside from that, the apartment felt dirty. We still cannot get in touch with the owner about the issue. We booked a new place to stay.

We like the location close to dine-out places and places to visit in Paris. Downside is no windows available for opening, information provided in Expedia & Vbro is not accurate (washing machine not connected for use, check in time is 3pm not 2pm as advertised), hot water system capacity is limited so you have to stage your shower time if you have more than 2 people staying, towels provided for 2 people when we have 5 of us staying and booked in.
I believe the machine is in working order just not connected up for use
Washing machine discharge hose not connected, no place to discharge either

The property location is great but the property itself needs a facelift. Laundry machine doesn't work neither the electric stove. Dusts everywhere and stains all over the couch. The host communication was very poor and untimely..had to ask for check-in details twice.
