The Amelot Street apartment is located in a private courtyard, trees and no cars. Calm and greenery are insured. It has 2 bedrooms + 1 mezzanine and are fully equipped for up to 6 people. It is on the 3rd floor attic (person above!)Without elevator.
Many shops, restaurants, bars and designer around.
The Metro St Sebastien Froissart is 5 min and gives access to all the cultural sites very quickly.
Ability to walk to Notre Dame, Beaubourg, the Seine, L'ile St. Louis ...

We could not have had a better experience! Not only was this apartment in the perfect location, spacious, and perfect for our family of 5, Carole was INCREDIBLE. She is so welcoming and communicative. Any questions we had before and during our trip were answered almost immediately. I would never rent in Paris from anyone else!

Great flat in great location - an oasis with a corridor of greenery in the city. Very Parisian, Nice bars nearby, clearly quite a hip area. Supermarket minutes away, Really helpful and friendly hosts.

The apartment was a great space on the top floors of a building tucked back off the street. Its location on the interior of a block meant that is was very quiet and peaceful. The two story apartment gave us plenty of room. It was clean and comfortable to spend time in. We did not cook there- as there are lots of great bakeries and restaurants in the neighborhood- but the kitchen has all the equipment needed if someone would want to pick something up at the grocery store a block away and cook a meal. Carole is an amazing host, very friendly and communicative (in at least French and English). She met us as we checked in and checked on us throughout the stay to make sure we were finding our way and had what we needed. I would strongly recommend staying at the apartment and would do so again on a return visit to Paris.

Great communication with Carole. The apartment is an excellent location close to 2 subway lines, grocery store and restaurants. My tween loved the loft. Just remember it is an older building so stairs up to the apartment and some "character" to the apartment. We appreciated all the space, fully stocked kitchen, and laundry. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely large apartment in a great location. Really peaceful albeit in an area with lots of amenities close by.Very comfy sofas and beds which were ideal after a busy day sightseeing. Carole is lovely host.

Family stay in Paris

Lovely apartment within an historic building in the 11th district. From the start communication with the property manger, Carole, was excellent. She was extremely helpful throughout our stay, recommending places to visit and eat and was on hand if we needed anything. The apartment itself accommodated our family of 5 perfectly. Its location was perfect with the metro station a couple of minutes walk away. There are plenty of cafe bars and restaurants within easy walk and a supermarket 2/3 minutes walk also.

Great location and the host was very helpful, polite, and always available. Easy walk-through metro, and close enough to tourist attractions If you wanna walk or take a morning run. Would definitely stay here again.

Very safe location, top floor traditional flat, ideal place from which to explore Le Marais and the area just north east of the 5th arondissement, i.e. the 3rd, 4th, 10th and 11th. Metro stop is 1 minute walk away.

Amazing apartment, great location and host

This is an amazing and very quiet apartment in a great part of Paris. Host, Carole was fantastic, even waiting for us as we were late to check in!She explained everything in the apartment and gave some great recommendations of eateries, supermarkets and sights in the local area.Very close to 2 metro stations, getting around was easy to all the major sites around Paris.We are a family of 5 and were very comfortable.Would definitely recommend and stay here again.Thanks Carole!

We loved our stay! The location was perfect, metro station very close. It's in a beautiful courtyard, we always felt safe. Carole was an amazing host. Would definitely recommend! Just keep in mind it is on th third floor, but it was no issue for us as the weather was mild. Merci Carole!❤️

Great Apartment in great location

We had a fantastic stay in this clean, modern and light filled apartment. Carole, our host, took great care of us and was responsive to our requests - even helped to organise Taxi’s to the airport. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of six. The location was brilliant too. Central location but not overly touristy. A market down the road on Thursday and Sunday and lots of nice places to eat, drink, and shop. We hope to back one day.

We had a lovely trip to Paris and the apartment was the perfect resting place.It is next to the Marais which was very pretty with great boutiques and bakeries. We could walk from our apartment to many of the sights but also opted to use the metro quite frequently as our children got a little tired. With several metro stops (and different lines) nearby, this was very easy.The apartment was charming - a pretty old building, lots of natural light, comfy furniture and a universally appealing style. As people have mentioned, there are three flights of stairs up to the front door and the apartment is over two floors. This was fine for us but may not be for everyone. The apartment had everything we needed for our city break and we shopped at the local Carrefour (five mins walk) and ate at home some evenings.Carole was a great host. She was attentive and responsive - communicating swiftly and sharing local tips. She also generously let us check in early and check out late - meaning we could really make the most of our days in Paris. Thank you!

3 nights in Paris

Carole was a stunning host. She greeted us when we arrived (even helped carry the littles luggage up the stairs) and was very responsive throughout the entire stay. She accommodated a late check in and check out without hassle. The neighborhood was nice and we felt comfortable walking/dinning and experiencing Paris with our entire family.

Fabulous apartment in great location

My family and I have just returned from a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is as described, it has a homely feel and is the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring. The tube station is only minutes away with lots of shops and restaurants close by. There was almost too much choice on where to eat. Carole is a super attentive host. Would highly recommend 😃

Great home base for family visit to Paris

Beautiful Parisian apartment and nice location. It was a great for a home base to explore Paris. We were travelling with a 7 month old and two other adults and this place was a really nice spot to be able to see and walk Paris but also comfortable for making meals and spend time at the apartment. Lots of great restaurants and places to walk nearby. Carole shared with us some nice advice and suggestions too.

Perfect place

Our family of 4 (mom, dad + 2 children 18 and 20 y/o) had the best time. The location is incredible. Close to restaurants, bars, market, metro, literally everything is around the corner. The apartment is comfortable and fully equipped with all the necessities. And Carole is a wonderful host. We will be back! Nous avons retourné!!
