A 70 m² master suite with a large terrace facing the sea, offering an unobstructed view of the park and the pool. A large living room, always oriented toward the sea, with a convertible sofa bed for two additional people and a private toilet.

A large 1800 m² exotic garden with a 10x5 meter heated pool (depth from 0.20 to 1.70 meters), equipped with an Aqua Bike for the more athletic guests. -Parties and group events are prohibited.
-Dogs are allowed under certain conditions.
-The villa is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
-Pool and garden maintenance takes place once a week early in the morning.
-A CLEANING FEE OF €390 WILL BE CHARGED, which includes bed linen, towels, blankets, and cleaning between rentals.
-THE TOURIST TAX IS €1 PER PERSON PER DAY for those over 16 years old, payable in cash upon arrival to the concerned service.
-During July and August, rentals are weekly only, with arrivals on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, depending on availability.
