Bel appartement bien décoré et fonctionnel. Seul bémol, ménage pas fait à l’arrivée, appartement sale. Pas d'etendage pour les serviettes de plage, seulement un mini étendage d'appoint avec des pinces à linge rouillées.

Manque de précisions sur le déchargement des bagages, pas d accès direct en voiture à la résidence.Il faut décharger sa voiture du parking extérieur ou du sous sol. Pas pratique du tout même si je comprends pour la tranquillité de la résidence. L'appartement est correct, il manque un manuel de fonctionnement (TV, compteur électronique, chauffe eau, poubelle, numéro emplacement parking souterrain...)Nous avons été déçus de trouver un lave vaisselle non vidé et la propreté du lit et canapé pas top!!!Logement bien situé, près des plages, bon potentiel mais equipement et propreté à revoir.

Appartement conforme aux photos, une belle vue mer (mieux que sur les photos !), bien placé, les pieds dans l’eau, calme, propre. Il y a tout le nécessaire dans cet appartement pour passer un bon séjour ! Petit plus très agréable : la possibilité de rester plus longtemps le matin du départ étant donné que l’appartement n’était pas loué ensuite. Tout le monde ne le fait pas, merci !

séjour de 3 nuits en mai
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'appartement est très confortable et très bien équipé. Nous étions 1 couple, une enfant de 10 ans et un petit chien.Il est très bien situé à côté de très belles plages et proche, du port de Crouesty (accessible à pied).Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Charmant petit appartement, très bien équipé et parfaitement situé.
Appartement très agréable, calme et très bien situé (proche plage et commerces, à 15 minutes à pied du port du Crouesty). L'ideal pour des vacances en famille dans le golfe du Morbihan, qui regorge de sites touristiques et d'activités de plein air à faire en famille.

Appartement joliment décoré, très bon emplacement pour des vacances à Arzon avec plages et commodités à proximité. Quelques dysfonctionnements dans l'appartement, manque de précisions pour trouver le logement et l'emplacement de parking.

Bonjour, comme déjà expliqué précédemment, le ménage n'a pas été fait correctement, ce qui nous a obligé à le faire pour que les locataires suivants arrivent dans un appartement propre.
Nous avons déclaré le problème sur le site abritel. Nous avons demandé seulement la moitié des frais.
Vous avez trouvé un appartement propre, c'est normal de le rendre propre.
