Recientemente remodelado en 2012. El dúplex inferior está en alquiler. Amplio, limpio y moderno. Relájese en el patio cubierto con vista al mar mientras disfruta de la brisa del mar. Paseo marítimo histórico en frente, que arena! Ideal para tomar el sol, voleibol de playa, bocci, coleccionar conchas y vidrio marino, nadar, observar delfines, andar en bicicleta, remar de pie, kayak y kite surf.

Espectaculares vistas del atardecer, Catalina y el centro de Long Beach. Playa muy privada en la península, que no mucha gente conoce. Zona residencial tranquila pero lo suficientemente cerca del vibrante centro social de Belmont Shore. A pie de restaurantes, bares y tiendas exclusivas. ¡Cene al aire libre en el patio mientras ve pasar los barcos!

Easy and comfortable

Nice place, really enjoyed sitting out on the patio chatting in the ocean breeze. House had everything we needed and hosts made check in and out super easy.

I had the most amazing stay at this beautiful property. The home and location is absolutely stunning, photos don’t do it justice. The hosts are very responsive and they truly thought of everything to make this a home away from home for their guests. My family and I will definitely be returning sometime soon because we were all so sad to leave.

Winter quiet

My father and I stayed here while visiting family near Cal State Long Beach. the location was quiet and comfortable. we did not make use of the beach much due to the cold weather but it was great to sit on the beachside deck in the mornings. the location allows for easy access to anywhere you wish to go while still being off the main streets. It was great having an off-street place to park as well.

June visit

We had a great stay at this lovely home. Would highly recommend. There is so much to do for all ages, we enjoyed the bay side with our younger kids and also the boogie boards in the ocean. Host are fantastic and very responsive.

Great location and stay!

Marianne was great when we checked in. We rented both the top and bottom units. Very convenient location. We brought my children and extended family and had a great time even though we were stuck in the house with the rain. I would absolutely rent this again.

Lovely home on the beach

We enjoyed this lovely beach home. The home itself was very comfortable with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sand near the house was nice and clean for the kids to play in. Volleyball net very close. We’d stay again.

Huge Dissapointment

We wanted to take a mini vacation with our elderly parents who can’t travel anymore so We picked this property locally because of it having “Unobstructed ocean views and because of positive feedback about the property manager. It wasn’t clear on the website where to park so we called Marianne who very nice to guide us. We check in to find out that there are sand dunes that block all views of the ocean. I called Marianne again to explain that this was a problem for us. A man came to us who wasn’t very courteous to me and was very condescending although I very respectfully told him that we drove 2 hours with our parents to have ocean views. He said that I already told him that many times! I told him once because he didn’t seem to understand the hardship and disappointment that we were feeling. It cost us a lot for those 2 days. He gave me an option to leave right that minute, which was going to be too hard in my parents to head back in Friday traffic at 4:30 pm or stay for 1 night and leave in the morning. He rudely told me “ you aren’t going to stay for free” to which I responded “ of course not, that wouldn’t be fair”. I explained to him that I wished they notified me that the views were obstructed which is different from the Vrbo website listing. He said it wasn’t his fault and the city put dunes up weeks ago when there was a hurricane warning. They refunded me 1 night so I paid a lot for 1 night from 4 pm till 10:30 am with no ocean view& I was disrespected

Dear Laila, I am very sorry you felt disrespected!I did refund 1night and the cleaning fee, and notified vrbo to credit the city taxes. Please check to see if they did this, as I could not credit the taxes.. Vrbo also told me their service fee is not refundable , which I think is wrong. Many of the residents complained of the berms should have been taken down after storms, we all complained to the city and great news, they did replace the person that manages the berms/ dunes, and voila the berms came down after a lot of unhappy tax payers calls!) We never have the berms on this end of Beach. They told me they would be taken down before your stay, but never did it. I agree that if ever the berms are blocking our spectacular views of the ocean, to notify a guest prior to a stay. I do offer you my sincerest apologies and would like to invite you back at a special rate to enjoy our relaxing deck and unique uncrowded beach with water views! I hope you give us another chance to make you happy. I appreciate your feedback. take care, Marianne

Great Stay

An extremely nice place to stay. Enjoyed wonderful time on the patio and everyone had their own room. Our hosts were super nice and accommodating. Beach and boardwalk at the tip of your toes. Thanks for a great stay !!

Awesome house, location and Hosts

Beautiful house, just like the pictures. Marianne was so gracious as to let us stay an extra night after an emergency trip to the hospital, ( unrelated to our accommodations). Everything needed to cook if you choose to or a walk to 2nd street to many fabulous restaurants. Nice ocean breezes and sleeping to the sound of the waves crash on the beach was amazing. Definitely recommend.

We live on the 2nd floor of our Beachfront Duplex. After living back East, Texas, Hollywood Hills, Beverly Hills and the Southbay, we are proud to call L.B. our home! We feel very fortunate to see and hear the ocean every day from our living room. We enjoy paddle boarding and kayaking in the canals of Naples,(directly across street) and walking or riding our bikes to Belmont shore's fun shops and restaurants. It is like being on vacation everyday! We hope you can enjoy Long Beach's hidden jewel as much as we do!
