In the commune of Pléneuf-Val-André, we offer this charming 100 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It comprises an attractive 70 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 70 m² living room on the ground floor opening onto a 15 m² terrace.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances
- Bedroom 1&2&3: double bed
- Bedroom 4: double bunk bed and single bed
- 3 bathrooms

The house is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll find all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the Friday morning market in Val André... The Val André town center is a 15-minute walk along the seafront promenade...

The authentic Icelandic port of Dahouët is a 10-minute walk away. You'll find plenty of bars and restaurants, bakeries and stores.

- Nearest train station: Lamballe station 16km away
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport, 115km
- In summer, a free shuttle bus runs throughout the resort (stop at the Minihy roundabout).

Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
