We had a great stay in Buffalo! The hosts were very accommodating and friendly when we ran into them on the way out to dinner. They even recommended a great dessert place! The apartment was very clean and the kitchen had many helpful additions to make our stay comfortable. This was a great place to stay as a family with kids to explore Niagara Falls and all that the Buffalo area had to offer.

This was a large clean well stocked home. We felt at home as soon as we entered. The hosts were wonderful and the back yard had plenty of toys for our 4 year old to enjoy. I would highly recommend this property.

We stayed at this beautiful space for a 40th birthday trip to Niagara Falls. The accommodations were outstanding, check in process was easy, and the hosts Brad & Vanessa had thought of everything! From easy parking, stocked kitchen accessories, comfortable and spacious sleeping arrangements, stocked board games, and a very thorough city guide, we had a wonderful stay. The home is walking distance from great restaurants and coffee shops, and was a breeze to commute to and from Niagara, as well as the Buffalo airport. While this was an adults friend trip, I look forward to returning with my family and would definitely stay here for all future visits!

We had a great stay for the Roswell ride weekend. The place was just as pictured…very clean and it had everything we needed (kitchen well stocked to include some very nice tea options). The owners were so gracious to let us park in their driveway while they parked on the street. That was really appreciated! The only thing we would recommend is considering a better option for the bed in the trundle bedroom as the person who slept in that room found it to be a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise this was a great rental option for us!

The house is a classic North Park Buffalo house. It’s beautifully appointed and upgraded with modern appliances and internet, etc. It’s in immaculate condition with thoughtful amenities. We would recommend it highly and rent it again in the future.

We have stayed here a number of times and never been disappointed. The property is as shown in the listing, very clean and welcoming. Kitchen is very well equipped and beds are comfortable. It is so close to everything and the hosts are very good at letting us know what is new to see and do when we are there. We always enjoy our stay and recommend this for anyone visiting Buffalo!

Fun in the Heart of Hertel!

We had a great stay here. Location was convenient to great restaurants, and it was easy to get around town from here too. Unit was very clean and comfortable, and had a very homey feel. The owners were so friendly and eager to be sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Would stay here again without hesitation!

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay; we have stayed here several times and it has been consistently clean and cared for. The hosts go above and beyond providing toys for grandchildren, recommendations for places to visit and lots of amenities in the unit. Such a great location close to things we enjoy. Kitchen is super well equipped and beds are comfortable. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Great place within walking distance to many restaraunts and shope.

My family loved this property and highly recommend it for others. The owners really go above and beyond to make your stay great. The renovations make this older home super cute and a really nice place to stay. There are so many restaurants and cute little shops within walking distance. I would highly recommend this place, especially for the price.

Clean, cozy and comfortable stay to visit family

The flat was the perfect set up for my family to have a visit in Buffalo. The location was ideal, steps away from Hertel and all the great restaurants/shops, plus near family we were visiting. Property owner's were very responsive and helpful. Hope to come back!

Best of Buffalo

Checkin was easy and seamless. All the amenities you would need, including snacks, tea, coffee, and more. We traveled with young children and the backyard playground was amazing! We walked to all our events and meals. And, most of all, the hosts were wonderful, friendly and very accommodating. Love this place!

Love it!

Such a perfect home. I grew up in a Flo and this reminds me of so many of the beautifully maintained older homes I knew. Perfect for our family of 4. Close to food and parks. Quiet, with enough room for us to just hang out when not out and about. Can’t wait to stay again!

Great place in an awesome location

This was the perfect place for our family of 5 in Buffalo. Really cool old house updated with modern amenities. Our hosts were communicative, and helpful. We had everything we needed, and the location was awesome. Super close (walking distance) to a ton of restaurants and stores, and not far from Niagara Falls and everything we wanted to see in Buffalo. Great place at a great rate!
