Secure residence with parking space in the Falaises/Môle district, a stone's throw from shops, the Môle beach, and the marina.
Studio apartment with sleeping alcove for 4 people on the raised ground floor, approximately 32 m², with an unobstructed view.
It comprises:
- Living room: sofa bed (sleeps 2, 140 cm), television, coffee table
- Open-plan kitchen: refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, hob, microwave, filter coffee maker and a Senseo machine
- Integrated glazed loggia: table with chairs
- Sleeping alcove: one bunk bed (90 cm) and one double sofa bed, window
- Bathroom: bathtub, sink
- Separate WC
A security deposit of €400 is required by credit card (Visa or Euromastercard). --- Guests/occupants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to check in. ---
