Have you ever been to a place at night where the stars were so close you felt like you could reach out and touch them? Where you can wake up to the sounds of a running mountain river? If you’re lucky you just might see a great Bald Eagle swoop down from the cliffs. Well, if you want to go some place where nature and privacy is important, then you must visit the Little Red Tree House on the beautiful Little Red River. Near Heber Springs, Ar., Located in the exclusive Wildflower Subdivision nestled up against the cliffs of the Spring Mountains with a direct view of Libby Cliff!

Just think, your own 8 acres and over 200 yards of riverfront. Our dock sits on a hole for pole fishing. We are also 25 yards up river from the famous Libby Shoals, which is absolutely fantastic for fly-fishing.

We have free WIFI and TV with Apple TV.
We offer 4 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms in a spacious 2500 sq. foot home with massive wrap around deck and 8 acres for complete privacy.

OUTDOOR FIRE PIT!
The Little Red River is 32 miles of world-class trout stream and home of the world record German Brown Trout (40 lb 4 oz). Four species of trout can be caught - Rainbows, Browns, Cut-throats and Brookies. At the Little Red, you can fly-fish, use artificial lures or live bait. Drive about ten minutes and you are at Greers Ferry Lake. This clean, clear-water 40,000 acre lake is home of the world record Walleye (22 lb 11 oz) and Hybrid Striped Bass (27 lb 5 oz).

The lake also serves as a playground for all kinds of water sports. Eighteen parks around the shoreline provide modern campgrounds, boat launches, swim areas and marinas. Fantastic diving in the crystal clear waters of Greers Ferry Lake.

Even though we are on 8 acres, we do have neighbors and excessive noise especially after 9pm will not be tolerated. Fireworks are prohibited.
Pls clean up spilled messes. No kiddo’s jumping on beds. No pets in hot tub. For safety, max hot tub is 4 people. Please treat our home like your own.
Please honor check out times: 10:00 am No more than 8 people at any time on property. No special events or visiting RV’s without owner’s consent.

Amenities were off the chart! Absolutely perfect! Quiet, peaceful surroundings, great fishing dock, great fishing location! Host even put me up a beautiful Christmas Tree! Never met her, but she’s awesome! I’m only about 40 miles down the road, but I will gladly re-visit the tree house on the little red!
Hostess put me up a Christmas tree, bless her!

This was an amazing property in a beautiful location. Everything was immaculate and well stocked. It was peaceful and the fishing was great! I would highly recommend this property if it’s peace and quiet you’re looking for. It’s conveniently located to town, yet gives you a very private feel. We definitely look forward to staying here in the future. I would give it a thousand stars if I could.

Already planning next visit.

Usually places are better in pictures but this time pictures cannot do it justice. We had an amazing trip and are looking at the calender for next year. My husband caught several diffent kinds of fish. I enjoyed the various wildlife around. This is definitely the place to be.

Great place to stay!!!!

My 3rd time staying here, always a pleasure! I caught 27 rainbows off of dock. Saw the resident fox twice. House is very clean and peaceful like always. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful house right on the river ! The large dock is awesome! We caught at least 15 trout. You can’t beat the view from the back porch , just stunning. Perfect Vacation!

Remarkable

I tried to think of anything the house was lacking, and I couldn’t.A marvelous home with all the little touches to make for a fantastic stay. Great fishing off the dock, easy access to town and other parts of the river.the views, the fireplace, the hot tub, so much more. Can’t wait to visit again.

Family Christmas Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Little Red Treehouse over Christmas. Everything about the property was just perfect for us - it was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. Suzie was quick to respond to questions and checked in halfway through our stay to make sure everything was going well. If you want to get away from the world and decompress from the stress of life, this is definitely the place to do it!

Our parents purchased this property in the late nineties and we have enjoyed bringing our family here for many years. We love sharing our home with folks that want to come and enjoy all the offerings of the area and the wonderful trout fishing right off our dock.

You will not see your neighbors. We have private hot tub overlooking the river and the home is supplied with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We have a wrap around deck with one side covered.
We have ceiling fans to keep you cool and it has a beautiful view of the river and property.
Also the hot tub on the deck, the woodburning fireplace and we supply the wood.
Eight private acres means there is plenty of room for the kids to run and play.

Our brand new 900 sq foot dock with your own boat slip.
4 bedrooms and 2 full baths means there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out.
Comfy beds and high quality sheets.
Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes and every cooking gadget you could need.
