Casa del Sol has a spacious, open kitchen/living area with a great covered patio off of the dining area, plus a balcony outside the upstairs loft area, providing plenty of places to enjoy family fun. This 4 bedroom + 4.5 bath home sleeps up to 16 people, with 14 in beds plus a unique queen size sleeper sofa in the loft area. Each spacious bedroom has a roomy closet and private bath. “House of Sun” is decorated just that…every kind of sun you could imagine. So clever!
Downstairs there are two bedrooms (private baths), a half bath, living area, dining area, kitchen with the pantry and utility off of the kitchen. On the back patio, there is table and extra seating along with a 2nd refrigerator. The loft area is located between the two upstairs bedrooms. A covered balcony with a giant checker table is located outside the loft on the 2nd story.
The safety-fenced pool has decking ready for sunning and a good place for little ones to enjoy the water. The pool is 3’ – 5’ and has a tanning shelf on the 3’ end. Outdoor volleyball, tetherball, and horseshoes help complete your outdoor activities. There is ample parking and level entry makes this home the perfect place for your Frio River vacation!

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 4 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and towels, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:
