Idéalement situé entre Gard et Ardèche (8km de Vallon Pont d'Arc et 5 km de Barjac), gîte de 60m² rénové avec goût dans bâtisse de caractère en pierre.
Disponible de fin mai à fin septembre
Location uniquement à la semaine du samedi au samedi
Description :
La pièce principale est composée d'un coin cuisine entièrement équipé et d'une partie salon avec TV.
2 chambres spacieuses : la première avec un lit en 160 et la seconde avec un lit en 140.
Salle d'eau avec douche, lavabo, machine à laver, WC séparés.
Terrasse exposée sud avec salon de jardin
Parking privé dans cours fermée.
Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés.
Draps NON fournis.
Propriétaires sur place si besoin
Sur la commune: bar/épicerie, tabac/presse, marché de producteurs le lundi soir, 4 restaurants, musée, parc animalier, accrobranche, tennis...
