Our Casita is perfectly situated in the central area and is within minutes to the University of Arizona, movie theaters, restaurants, museums and cafes. This property offers the convenience of self check-in and self checkout, allowing you to arrive and depart at your own pace. During your stay, we respect your privacy and give you space to fully enjoy the home. Great please to stay, and I will be back for sure!Pros: cleanliness, communication, location, nice to have the Brita in the fridge for healthier drinking water, nice tvs in living room and bedroom. Cons: (just being picky but hopefully helpful) coffee maker was there but no coffee to brew (there was instant decaf however), neighbor to the north had an angry night and was yelling my first night there (he was fine after that). Overall, great place to stay!

Great for uofa psrent weekend

This worked out perfect for our uofa parent weekend. Pool area was nice. Close to campus. Clean and comfy spot yo stay. Cindy was accessible and easy to communivate with. Thank you for a great stay Cindy! :)

Central Location, Close to University

I stayed here for almost two weeks during the hottest time of the Summer. Air conditioner worked perfectly. The other casitas attached were also booked. Very quiet, could not hear the other guests. Perfect size for one or two people. Cindy was super quick to respond to questions. Would stay here again. Close to shopping, groceries, restaurants, post office and everything.

ROACHES

Within an hour of checking in, a bug ran across the carpet. I killed it realizing it was a cockroach. I put it in the garbage assuming that was it. It was not. We killed two more before midnight. We did not sleep that night and killed 2 more and saw several others. The next morning we got a check in message from the host. We replied that we had seen and killed cockroaches and asked for a refund. We could not stay there again (we had planned to stay for 3 more nights). She responded that she never had this issue, and she would contact her property manager. I again asked if we could discuss a refund. We left three of the five carcasses in napkins on the table and took pictures. We were checked out by 10:45 am and told the host. Around 5 pm, the host contacted us, said she had a professional treat the unit and cleaners were on the way. I again said we could not stay there because we would not sleep. I also questioned whether it was wise to stay in a place that was just treated for cockroaches. She replied saying the treatment was already dry. I again told her that we were not sleeping there that night or any of the remaining 3 nights. The host ignored us until we received the "Check-out" greeting. I responded that we had not slept there and hoped to receive some refund. She told me a third party said there were no roaches; she would not refund us. This host called us liars and refused to discuss any options. We are VRBO hosts ourselves and should be refunded. Do not stay here!!
