CAPBRETON. Seaside resort adjoining Hossegor via the marina. Pleasant patio villa located halfway between the centres of Hossegor and Capbreton and the marina.
Living room (2.65x4.14) opening onto a covered terrace with awning and south-facing small garden: TV, sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs. Kitchen area (1.9x1.54) opening onto the living room: 2-burner electric hob, top fridge, mini oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Access to the first floor via a millstone staircase:
Bedroom 1 (2.56x2.99) with balcony, facing west: 1 double bed (140cm).
Bedroom 2 (2.74x4.22) with sloping ceilings, east-facing: 2 single beds.
Shower room: basin, shower and WC. Overhead parking space.
Ideal for a couple with two children. The south-facing terrace and small garden are much appreciated. Household linen is not provided. Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
