excellent location feet in the sand and facing the sea direct access to the beach by easement of passage supervised beach in summer, surf school on site, private garden, with garden table, barbecue, private parking, ball field in the residence and collective swimming pool with large bath and paddling pool for the little ones. bakery at the end of the street. local stores. apartment very well equipped, bathroom renovated in January 2015. bath replaced by shower. new kitchen furniture February 2019

La propriétaire est disponible, accueillante et arrangeante! Son bien est trÚs équipé et surtout parfaitement situé pour profiter de bonnes vacances à Capbreton. Le plus: le linge de maison et de toilette compris dans la location.

100% recomendable

Fuimos en familia con una niña de 3 años, nos hizo muy mal tiempo y un par de días apenas pudimos salir, pero como llevamos juguetes, en el hall que había en la cocina jugamos encantados viendo llover con la gran cristalera. Un pequeño piso pero con todo lo necesario, muy bien equipado. La dueña un encanto, muy atenta y amable. Tiene parking que por esa zona es muy de agradecer, hay supermercados a 6 minutos en coche, fuimos también al cine, pese a ser en francés como eran de dibujos nos entretuvo también.

trÚs bon séjour a Capbreton

2 adultes un chien dans un appartement correct pour nous, Lucienne vous accueille à l'entrée de la résidence, c'est une personne trÚs sympathique et à l'écoute. Pour le reste plage à 200m les villes de Biarritz Saint-Jean de Luz à proximité et super ballades au col d'ibardin vers le lac de Xoldokogaina...nous reviendrons surement.

Un regard sur l'océan

Un endroit bord ocĂ©an dans les dunes oĂč vous entendez les vagues et une vue sur l'ocĂ©an superbe. beaucoup de matĂ©riel rien ne manque, jardin clos apprĂ©ciable mais surtout parking privĂ© et sĂ©curisĂ©, 2 entrĂ©es piĂ©tonniĂšres codĂ©es, vraiment gĂ©nial... boulangerie Ă  100 m, marchĂ© journalier aux poissons Ă  800 m. IntermarchĂ© Ă  1.8 kms, et puis spectacle assurĂ© avec surfer
