Possibility to drive the car into the garden.

Pleasant little single storey villa, ideal for a couple and two children.
Located on the Hossegor-Capbreton axis (Departmental Road No. 418) but life takes place on the other side. Bike paths nearby. Out of season possibility of other days of arrival, contact us.
Household linen not provided. Out of season, provide heating package. Housing not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Passable mais très vieillot

Maison qui mériterait d’un coup de neuf. Pourrait être beaucoup mieux avec un investissement moindre. Effort à faire sur la déco très vieillot et modernisation des sanitaires et cuisine. Vaisselle à changer.

Néanmoins, il faut savoir que chaque logement est aménagé selon les goûts du propriétaire. Concernant cette villa, les photos sont conformes à la description et montrent bien que la décoration date des années 90. Sur les 15 photos mises en ligne, 7 montrent l’intérieur. Le tarif reflète aussi l’aménagement et la décoration du logement. Nous avons bien pris en compte votre remarque, et nous la transmettrons au propriétaire afin de voir ce qu’il est possible de faire.
