Lovely villa located in Costebelle, strategically positioned just 3 km from the famous Almanarre beach. Fully air-conditioned (except for the ground floor bedroom), it features a large swimming pool and garden. Enjoy a beautiful panoramic sea view of the Golden Isles from the outdoor lounge. (Events not allowed)

Accommodation:
This villa is the perfect place for a family or friends vacation. Perched on the charming wooded hill of Costebelle, you will be charmed by its outdoor spaces, tranquility, and proximity to the beaches.

Set in a garden, you can park 2 vehicles inside the fenced and secure property with an electric gate. You will also enjoy Wi-Fi access.

On the ground floor:
Bedroom 1: composed of 2 single beds convertible into a 160x200cm double bed, with a closet. (no air conditioning)
An adjoining bathroom to this room with shower and sink.

On the first floor:
A beautiful living room with a dining area and a lounge, equipped with a flat-screen TV, Bluetooth speaker (Apple connectivity only). A fully equipped independent kitchen overlooks the pool. The coffee maker is a Nespresso.

On the second floor:
Bedroom 2: with a double bed of 160x200 cm, with closet + air conditioning.
Bedroom 3: with a double bed of 160x200 cm and a closet + air conditioning.
Bedroom 4: with two single beds convertible into a 160x200cm double bed and a closet + air conditioning.
An independent bathroom with a large shower and a double vanity unit.
A separate toilet.

Outside:
A terrace with a dining area for 8 people, equipped with an electric awning and a gas barbecue.
A relaxation area with 4 sun loungers in the lawn.
A swimming pool of 8x4 meters with a maximum depth of 1.70 meters.
A garden lounge offering a superb panoramic sea view.

Médiocre par rapport au prix

Accueil rapide avec peu d'explications sur la maison, on na pas trouvé les couverts. Cuisine insalubre, on a dû laver la vaisselle avant utilisation. Pas d'eau chaude après 22h. Cabine de douche peu étanche et bouchée Maison sale Piscine vieille et sale même avec utilsation d'un robot Ustensils cuisinr manquant Trop cher pour l'état de la maison. Beau emplacement, calme Qualité-prix exorbitant On ne recommande pas cette maison.
