We are able to offer 7 night weekly rentals with check-in on Saturdays only.

Beginning Aug. 23, 2025, to Dec.16, 2025, Marriott’s Maui Ocean Club - Lahaina & Napili Towers will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.

Please note that the Lahaina Tower Pool will be closed for refurbishment from September 2, 2025, to November 21, 2025. During this time, the Super Pool and Napili Tower Pool will be open. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.

Pleasant three bedrooms and three bathrooms for plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. Villas also includes a washer and dryer for added convenience.

You’ll find your definition of vacation paradise here, whether you have a passion for golfing, tennis or mountain biking surrounded by spectacular scenery, or your taste runs more toward luxuriating at a lavish resort.

Championship golf:
Test your game at the adjacent Kaanapali Golf Resort, which offers two championship golf courses.

Dining:
The convenient Beachwalk Marketplace serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Take advantage of two pool bars and world-class restaurants a short walk away. Longboards Restaurant serves dinner every night starting at 5pm.

Exercise & recreation:
Stay active and engaged with our tennis courts, watersports and convenient beach equipment rentals.

Pools:
Relax and refresh at our three pools, including a 3.5-acre super pool with slides, waterfalls and grottos. For the younger set, we offer a sandy beach with a fun pirate ship and waterslides.

Guest is aware that Marriott may assign a location in either Lahaina Tower or Napili Tower. Concierge Realty reserves the right to confirm either tower, guest acknowledges this and will have no claim in this regard.

Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.

Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.

The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
