This property is fantastic! The hosts were so kind and thoughtful. The beds were amazing - so comfortable! It was a quick ten minutes away from all the activities, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. I highly recommend!!!

We have stayed at dozens of rental homes through the years in various states and countries. The Beech House is the cleanest, most accommodating one of them. Our party of eight adults truly enjoyed our stay. Jeff and Joanna are amazing hosts and the communication throughout the process was excellent. They were also very flexible and understanding when we had to change reservation dates. The house is even nicer in person than the pictures contained in the description of the house. Downtown Nashville is a very short and inexpensive Uber/Lyft drive away (under ten minutes and away from the noise). BNA is only fifteen minutes away. We highly recommend staying at the Beech House if you are considering a stay in Nashville. You will not be disappointed.

Extremely great home and stay. Rooms and living spaces were clean and large. The home was beautiful and nicely located close to everything by car or by car service. Very nice to be close to things yet relax in a very quiet area. Owners are great for communication and very responsive. We will definitely book with them again.

We could not say enough positive things about this place! The host was super kind and communication was great. Its location was perfect, just a short ride to Broadway. The place was really clean and well thought out for everyday living. The bathroom in the primary suite was our favorite part about the place! The neighborhood was cute and quiet. Our favorite place we’ve stayed in Nashville! We will stay there again!

Fantastic stay in Nashville!

We could not recommend staying at The Beech House more! Jeff & Joanna were the best hosts and made our stay very comfortable. The home was well-stocked with everything you could possibly need out of a vacation rental and was impeccably clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay!

Everything was great - beautiful house, large rooms, lots of common area on the first floor separated from the bedrooms, very clean, and in a great location. They thought of everything you could possibly need and the house was perfect for a week in Nashville. Thanks for a great stay!

This was the best VRBO house I have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect, the house was immaculate, the beds were dreamy and the kitchen is large and designed for a gathering. We will definitely stay here next time we go to Nashville. It was also well located with free on street parking. The third floor has a great covered porch with a fireplace. Perfect for an afternoon nap!
