Beautifully renovated historical home in the hottest location Nashville has to offer. The home has a private back yard with large two story decks and gas grill. A public dog park/playground is located just across the street. Perfect for the kiddos and dogs.
Dogs are welcomed. Maximum 2 dogs. $50/dog/stay

We provide hotel like amenities and house is stocked with all your basic needs as well as lots of extras including complimentary coffee. The house sleeps up to 12 guests.

FIRST FLOOR includes Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, Laundry, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
*Bedroom 1 - King size bed
*Bedroom 2 - Two Queen beds
*Bath 1 - Full bath w/spacious shower, single vanity, and toilet (hallway access)

Owner has set up the perfect house for a group wanting a fun stay in Nashville. We appreciated the labels, instructions, coffee, towels, washcloths, and cozy beds. Group of 8 friends stayed in the house for a long weekend and every one of us loved the house. Enjoyed sitting on the back porch, as well as the spacious living room. We walked sometimes and Ubered others. Highly recommend staying here with a group. Plenty of space, beds, and adorably decorated.

Property was delightful...more than enough room for 6 adult women.. decor charming and fun. Kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked with every " essential"..great coffee.Spacious fridge..Upon arrival, thrilled to have it well stocked with bottled water. Appreciated the large bowl of assorted snacks to tide us over as we unpacked. Wonderful large screen TV in living room that had great selection of movie channels and live TV. Our host Melissa was super cool about responding to all our requests/ questions. A very generous and thoughtful host indeed! The neighborhood was quiet and location exceptional. Thank you very much for an amazing comfortable stay in a rental that surpassed all of our expectations.

Beautiful Nashville Home with tons of charm

This beautiful Nashville home is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for families, with the added bonus of being just a short distance from Broadway. Extremely nice property in a great location!

Owners were extremely helpful. Property was in great shape very close to a lot of amenities and only about a 1 mile walk to Broadway Street. Would definitely recommend staying here and next time in Nashville will look to rebook it!

Perfect for a friends trip!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and the house was perfect. Even cuter in person than in pictures! Plenty of room and comfortable beds. The hosts were great and very accommodating! Totally recommend!

Best Host in Nashville!

Our stay began with excellent communication from the Host! They were warm, friendly and accommodating with all of our questions. The home is lovely with its remodeled and “all new” features, appliances, and decor. We love the vintage feel of the house and its flowing floor plan and huge rooms. We will be checking the availability of this home first and foremost with our future trips to Nashville!

The perfect spot

This is our favorite rental for a few reasons: location, comfort, cleanliness and parking. This was our second stay in this home and we are already looking forward to our third! We were able to visit with our son at Vanderbilt, hit some of the Nashville hot spots, and cook a wonderful Easter dinner. Fantastic property!

Girls weekend in Nash!

We were a group of 5 ladies in Nashville to celebrate birthdays. The house is absolutely fabulous! It felt like home right away. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is so beautifully decorated and it’s clear the owners want you to enjoy it. We uber-ed everywhere, with fairly short rides to all of our destinations, as the house was not far away from it all. We didn’t have any issues at the house while there and communication prior to our arrival was prompt. We were even allowed early check-in. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place and we’d most definitely recommend this property! Thanks for a wonderful stay at your lovely home!

Girls weekend

Our long weekend stay was fantastic. The host was flexible and easy to get in touch with. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. It is located in a quiet and safe feeling area and just a quick car ride to Broadway. We highly recommend this property for a group looking to visit Nashville.

Book club girls trip

The house was beautiful with a large front porch looking out to the dog park. Walking distance to the gulch area for brunch and shopping. We did take Uber to Broadway street but if you have the time and comfy shoes, you could walk there. Perfect house for our book club to celebrate 20 years together.

Beautiful property

This property was exactly what we were hoping for. 11 of us stayed here to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. It was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The property was very clean. Check in and out was very easy. It was a 20 min (but easy) walk to Broadway. We enjoyed our time there and will be rebooking when we return in the future! Thank you very much ❤️

Amazing Stay

We just finished our week at this amazing property. It was in a perfect location, a short distance from the areas attractions. We walked many times to Broadway, but Uber/Lyft were always available. Property was exactly was described. Owner was easy to contact with any issues. House was well equipped with everything you will need. I am looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Cute house with a great location.

Just finished our stay at this location and I was impressed. All of the rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable so there wasn't anyone in our party that got short changed in that regard. There was a minor issue that the owners addressed right away and they went above and beyond to take care of. Good neighborhood that has a little park next to it and just a short Uber to broadway since it was a bit warm for us to walk. Highly recommend this place!

Birthday Celebration close to downtown Nashville

The location of this lovely home was perfect as walking distance to The Gulch and Broadway. We were a party of 7 ladies coming to Nashville for a long girls weekend and this home accommodated us very well. If we didn't feel like walking, it was a short Uber (inexpensive) ride. We did. have an issue with on of the bathrooms, but the owner resounded very quickly and sent someone to fix it immediately. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay close to all the Nashville action!

Melissa King - born and raised in East Nashville. Loves Nashville and knows the area well. Melissa has lived in Nashville and surrounding communities her whole life.
Kevin King - born and raised in Illinois, but calls Nashville home for past 30 years (damn Yankee). Kevin has lived in and around Nashville for past 30 years and loves this city.
They have both a son and daughter that are grown and they have eight grandkids.

Why they chose this property

I LOVE Nashville's older homes with their history and character! It is difficult to find these homes for sale in Nashville now because so many are being torn down and replaced with brand new tall skinny homes that share one lot. When we found this home, it was in very rough condition. However the location was key. It was built in year 1900 and was the first neighborhood in the downtown area. We had a wonderful time restoring and cherish the results! We think you will too!

What makes this property unique

I cannot say enough about the location! It is 100% walkable to so many fun areas that include music, history, restaurants, shopping, etc. It has a beautiful 2 story deck on the back of the house with wonderful views. And a large private back yard to enjoy. The house is perfect for large groups to gather and socialize but also provides space for privacy as well.
