Check-out is 11:00am. Clean dishes and place in drying rack. Leave linens on bend, cleaning will remove. Removed any opened food or drink.
Place all trash outside in brown can. Recyclables can be placed in blue can. Double check for personal items. Lock all doors, only lock deadbolt, not lower handle.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No events or parties (host approval required). No extra overnight guests (host approval required). No Open Flames or Candles. No Pets Allowed.
Street Parking Only - No parking allowed on same side of street Weekdays 9am to 5pm. Both sides allowed evenings and weekends.

We are local to the Oxford area and parents of a former Miami student. We saw a need for short-term housing for parents and family to visit their students or for families coming to town for various sporting, recreational or other events. Hearing the great times our guests have while staying or getting to hear their stories have provided much more enjoyment than we ever anticipated.

Why they chose this property

Location and pricing. With so much of the small college town developed for student housing, it is difficult to find short-term hosting that is conveniently located near campus and shopping. Also, we try and keep our pricing affordable compared to other hosts in the area and monitor the average rates in the area.

What makes this property unique

Ideal size and location for parents and/or small families looking to visit Oxford, OH for a variety of reasons including students at Miami University, sporting events, sports camps, Hueston Woods, family, etc.
