Villa Valencia opened in December 2021 and is located close to San Jose del Cabo on a beautiful stretch of sandy beach with multiple pools, an infinity pool at the beach edge, a "river", five restaurants and spectacular views from virtually every suite.

The gorgeously equipped One Bedroom Suite at Villa La Valencia has everything you need for remarkable living on your Los Cabos vacations.The One Bedroom Suite Ocean View is the ideal setting for up to four adults. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and ensuite, complete with a walk-in shower, contemporary bathtub, and a dual vanity. The artistic design throughout the suite appeases the eye, while the comfort of a full-size kitchen, washer/dryer, sofa bed, and private balcony

The suite is approximately 1,250 sq. ft. with 1.5 baths

REGARDING THE ALL-INCLUSIVE MEAL PLAN: This plan is optional at the resort and is available to all guests with a confirmed reservation. Everyone staying in the same suite must participate in the all-inclusive plan together. The plan costs $140/day/adult and 50% less for children ages 4 - 12

ADDITIONAL NOTE: If you are interested in deep discounts for spa or excursions or other resort-based activities, that is available if you are willing to attend a 90-minute “sales presentation” but totally option/not required. PLEASE NOTE REGARDING CANCELLATION POLICY: The VRBO algorithm does not have the flexibility to accurately convey the cancellation policy so here goes: While there are no cancellations or refunds less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, if you need to cancel more than 60 days in advance there is a $350 cancellation fee from the resort which I will have to pass on to you but otherwise you will get the remainder of your payment fully returned..
