LA TERRAZA CON PISCINA INFINITY OFRECE RELAJACIÓN, UNA FANTÁSTICA VISTA AL MAR Y HERMOSOS PUESTA DE SOL.

La casa de 280 m2 tiene cuatro habitaciones en dos niveles. Está decorado en un estilo moderno. Las tres habitaciones tienen baño. Otro baño con ducha y WC está en la planta baja.

La espaciosa planta baja contiene las áreas de sala y comedor, así como una cocina espaciosa y abierta. La sala de estar se puede separar de la terraza con puertas de vidrio. Hay un comedor con sombra en la terraza para seis personas. También hay un bar en la terraza con nevera y taburetes, así como tumbonas.

La casa cuenta con conexión a internet y electrónica de entretenimiento moderna en forma de sistemas de audio interiores y exteriores, dos televisores de pantalla plana con reproductores 3D y Blu-ray y dos reproductores de DVD. WiFi es gratuito en toda la villa.
Además, hay aproximadamente 331 canales de televisión disponibles en diferentes idiomas, de los cuales alrededor de 35 programas están en alemán. También hay aproximadamente 1273 películas, 163 documentales, 165 programas de televisión (todos actualizados semanalmente) y 62 canales de radio de forma gratuita.

La cocina está totalmente equipada, incluidos todos los utensilios y platos. La barra de desayuno puede alojar cómodamente a seis personas.

Villa 'Latitude 9' se encuentra en la zona más prestigiosa y tranquila de Koh Samui; Plai Laem, que se encuentra en la parte noreste de la isla. Está cerca de tres playas, la playa de Samrong Bay está a solo 300 metros a pie de la villa. El aeropuerto está a 10 minutos en coche de la casa.

"Beverly Hills of Koh Samui "

"This Place was off the chain!! Absolute paradise with astounding views of the sea. " "Simply put, the best experience and stay you'll ever have on this island." We came for 4 nights initially to go scuba diving off Koh Tao and use this as our home base. We ended up extending our stay for 7 nights and using superbikes to tour the entire island. Samui is the larger of the southern islands and offers the widest array of entertainment and leisure activities. Short ride to Chaweng Beach on a scooter or tuk tuk. The perfect distance for people who want the quiet serenity of the villas gorgeous infinity pool during the day but want to be close to the action each night. Blanka and the staff are the friendliest people on earth and made our stay so easy and us feel so welcome. Anyone who is planning on visiting the island look no further, I can assure you your stay here will make memories that last for a lifetime. Book it.

Modern Villa with Excellent View

The Villa is in the northern part of the island and only 10 minutes from the 2 tour companies that can take you on day boat trips to Augthong and Koh Tao. The beach is a bit of a hike downhill and not wonderful. Getting directions to the unit was a challenge because the English manager won’t use any cell phone app and his Thai assistant didn’t know the Google Maps address which is “Villa Latitude 9” but one street down hill from that pin. Air conditioning is extra. We only used it in one bedroom at night and it’s was 750 Baht for 5 nights. Pool is unheated but I didn’t mind that. Pots and pans could be improved. Not many cooking kitchen basic things like coffee, oil etc so you’ll have to pick those up. We shopped at Central about 20 minutes south.

Sehr schöne Villa mit wunderschönen Ausblick. Gute Ausstattung in der Villa. Allerdings sollte das Geschirr doch einmal kontrolliert werden, da einiges bereits beschädigt ist. Wir waren 5 Personen. Die Reinigung nach 3 und sogar erst nach 5 Tagen ist echt zu spät, zumal auch nur an diesen Tagen auch Handtuch-Wechsel ist. Es wäre angebracht, einen Schrank mit sauberen Handtüchern im Haus zu haben, sodass man bei Bedarf selbstständig wechseln kann. Wir können beruhigt diese Villa weiterempfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Das einzig Störende waren die sehr lauten Flugzeuglandungen am Morgen. Das Haus ist ansonsten wunderschön gelegen. Es ist eine Doppelhaushälfte, so dass man darauf angewiesen ist, dass auch die Nachbarn ruhig sind. Bei Problemen war due Agentur jedoch sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Das Haus war tipptopp, sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Der Blick ist wunderschön und in der Nähe waren viele gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Organisation der Abholung vom Flughafen und andere Serviceleistungen waren sehr gelungen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Beautiful Views!

It was absolutely beautiful, the property and the views. The home is nicely decorated, every thing we needed was there. We enjoyed our stay there, my only complaint was that the hot water did not work for the first few days and we called the manager and it was fixed. I did not mind the water issue it was so hot!!! but others minded. You will definitely need a car to go to the stores not walkable because the transportation options are expensive for Thailand. The beach is closely but you will have to climb a steep hill back to the villa, very beautiful peaceful beach. Overall, nice villa, will return when in the area in the future.

Picturesque Villa!

This villa was amazing! As an interior designer, I was searching for a place that was beautiful and peaceful away from home. Our family started our journey from California, toured Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and spent our final week relaxing at this villa! This was paradise, and the perfect way to end our vacation! Even more perfect than the pictures! The checkin was effortless with Roger and Nok. Both were such a pleasure, and great communicators when we needed anything. Roger set us up with all the info we needed. This villa is pretty remote with 2 restaurants in walking distance, but Chaweng and some of the party beaches are a 15-minute or so cab ride, and there are plenty of songthaews for a ride back. We also used Jar (owner of Country Bar, one of the nearby restaurants) for rides. There is also a family mart that will deliver groceries to the villa for no charge. Country Bar and Wood House will also deliver, and we did this often so we could enjoy the house. The beach is a 5 minute walk, but the hill up is steep (easy if you’re in good shape!). We used Michelle for a couple tours (highly recommend kayak tour to Ang Thong), Khem for massages in the villa. I’m glad we waited, as the prices for in Villa were less than why we saw in Bangkok or Chiang Mai. If you are used to massages in the US, a note that for the villa massage, they do not bring tables with them and will instead set up on the beds. If you are looking for cuisine other than Thai, we did find a great Italian restaurant with a very passionate owner that had our mouths watering with his menu. The name was Salefino. Prices were expensive for Thailand but not compared to standard Western prices. Koh Samui was so beautiful and this house was just perfect! Easy access to and from the airport and such a nice end to our travels! Thank you Blanka, Roger, and Nok for contributing to our amazing stay in this villa! If you ever find yourselves in Huntington Beach, CA, I will be your personal tour guide 🥰

We really enjoyed our stay at Blankas Villa. It was even better than we expected. Roger and Nok who met us for incheck was very helpful with many tips and local knowledge. One very good tip was Jar who has The Country Bar nearby with very tasty thai food and home delivery. He was also our taxidriver a couple of times when we couldn't drive. The house is really nice and we all enjoyed the interior design and the pool area. The kitchen has all the neccesary stuff. 3 really nice bedrooms and a big living room with a nice tv with internet connection. The little beach down the hill is very clean and was one of our favorite places to hang. We are very pleased with our stay.

Wonderful Stay

The house is as beautiful as the pictures. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Check in and check out was easy, starting with an airport pickup. Roger is the Manager and gave us a lot of helpful information on resources, places to eat, etc. We used his recommendation for a private chef (Chef Sing), drivers and in-house massages. All were great suggestions and reasonable prices. Would highly recommend using Jar for car rides, to rent scooters/cars and to order delivery from his Country Bar restaurant (delish!). All around great guy! The pool was amazing. Very relaxing after a long day in the sun. The only SMALL con is the location is in a pretty quiet area with not a lot of options within walking distance. Our family likes to go out so we had to hire a driver quite a lot. 500/650 BHT per trip to Chaweng or Bophut. If you’re comfortable enough, rent a scooter or a car. Both are very cheap and will allow you to get to the nearby Chaweng and Bophut towns easily. Even if you’re not comfortable enough to ride the scooters to go into town, still get one! It’s only 200 BHT per day and will allow you to easily ride the quiet nearby streets to the local markets, etc. We took ours to the nearby Ritz Carlton to have poolside drinks (highly recommend). You will not be disappounted in renting this house!

Amazing stay, breathtaking views

The property is stunning and the views are breathtaking. We had an amazing time and stayed almost everyday inside the villa to enjoy it as much as we could! Communication was perfect throughout our stay. The only very minor comment I would make is that the hosts should provide basic toiletries, such as shampoo and shower gel and kitchen essentials such as coffee and dishwasher tablets which unfortunately were not available. Super Villa mit traumhaften Ausblick

Wir haben zu 6 zwei Wochen in dieser Villa verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist super, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Villa liegt zwar etwas ausserhalb, mit dem Taxi ist aber alles super erreichbar. Der Pool ist traumhaft, leider ab Mittags (da kein Schatten) sehr warm. Dennoch haben wir unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Amazing villa with breathtaking views

We had a fantastic time at the villa. It is well located in top of a hill with breathtaking views of the bay and the islands. Beautiful sunsets. The pool and deck are perfect. The living room and kitchen downstairs are well appointed and Comfortable. The bedrooms upstairs are socious with adjoining clean bathrooms for each. It is an ideal family get away.

Stunning villa - 100% recommended !

The view from the villa is truly amazing and the location is quiet and relaxing. The villa is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and bright. The kitchen well equipped to be able to prepare lunch or dinner. Eating at the comfortable outdoor table and enjoying the stunning views and the best sunsets ever with the whole family, was just absolutely enjoyable! We were laying in our king size bed every morning (after just waking up) and enjoying the views from our bed - was soo relaxing :)) The villa is very well managed, the stuff is very nice, friendly and helpful, cleaning was very good too. The villa is anyway in immaculate shape, very clean and well maintained. Booking and communication with the villa owner was always easy and we got responses from her very quickly. We 100% recommend to rent this villa !!

A great property but a difficult experience

We may well have been the unluckiest guests staying at this beautiful property. Its location and general description are as described - so no issue there. However during our visit we were beset with a number of issues. Whilst all of these were dealt with reasonably promptly they nonetheless impaired our enjoyment. Firstly Koh Samui is currently suffering daily power shortages and the load shedding occurs abruptly and has no set time. On our arrival we were advised of this and told it would happen daily. As you can imagine this threw our schedule into disarray as we could not with any certainty engage in any light cooking or take showers or enjoy the property which is reliant on AC in the hot weather. We then had an ant infestation and plumbing issues. All of this invariably made this difficult for us. I managed to negotiate a 50 per cent reduction in the energy bill you are asked to pay at the end of your stay. I was however annoyed that Blanka did not respond to my email on this discussion and was left to negotiate this with Roger locally. As he had a £400 cash deposit of mine I would have preferred her to have dealt with this directly with me. In the end we enjoyed Koh Samui but the deficiencies in the property during our visit made it difficult to keep everyone's tempers under control. Until the power issues are sorted the property should be priced to reflect this major downside. .

Tolles Haus, mega Lage, alles einfach nur top!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus. Die Lage ist perfekt und der Ausblick ist einfach nur Atemberaubend!! Wenn Hilfe benötigt war, war diese sofort zur Stelle. Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub, ich bin mir sicher wir werden auf jeden Fall noch mal wieder kommen!

We have just returned from our wonderful holiday in Blanka's villa. Everything was perfect and lived up to our expectations. Als Stewardess bin ich an vielen Orten und in wunderschönen Hotels.In diesem Haus treffen sich moderner Style und Behaglichkeit. Bei der Ausstattung ist an alles gedacht was die Ferien angenehm macht.Es gibt wunderbare bequeme Betten alles von guter und geschmackvoller Qualität Stylische gepflegte Möbel und einen wunderschönen Pool mit fantastischen Sonnenuntergängen die wir sehr genossen haben.Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war sehr gut und wir haben uns vor Ort wunderbar betreut gefühlt, vielen Dank für eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem tollen Haus

Hervorragendes Haus mit bester Aussicht

Wow wow wow!!! Wir waren einfach nur geflashed von dem einmaligen Blick ueber das Meer. Man kann stundenlang gemuetlich am Infinitypool sitzen und einfach nur die Aussicht und Ruhe geniessen. Das Haus hat alles, was man sich fuer einen angenehmen relaxten Aufenthalt wuenscht. Man kommt sich auch mit 6 Personen nicht in die Quere. Da das Haus super zentral liegt, kann man den astrand und viele gute Lokale in 3min mit dem Auto erreichen. Den “sixth sense” Strand kann erreicht man zu Fuss ueber eine Treppe einfach in 2 Minuten. Der Vermieter war immer zur Stelle und sehr hilfreich, egal ob es um die Autoanmietung, den Babysitter-service, das Privat Koch Erlebnis oder einfach nur die Beantwortung aller auftauchenden Fragen ging. Ein wunderschoenes Ferienhaus gepaart mit einem Top Service , dafuer gibt es 5 Sterne von uns. Wir kommen garantiert wieder und freuen uns schon heute darauf.

Hervorragend ausgestattete Villa mit super Service

Die Ferienvilla ist super modern eingerichtet und liegt in einer ruhigen, entspannten Wohngegend. Die Villa sieht wirklich so aus wie auf den Fotos! :-) Sehr gut ausgestattete Kueche, super sauber, sehr hell - mit sehr entspannenden Terrasse und Pool. Super unkomplizierte Schluesseluebergabe, hat alle sproblemlos geklappt. Exzellente Lage: 5 Minuten Gehweg zum Strand- zwischen Sixth Senses und Ritz Carlton Ressort. Die Vermieterin war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und verlaesslich. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und kommen wieder!! Vielen Dank fuer alles :-)

Fabulous property, well located, spotless and breathtaking views!

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous villa over new year. It was very well located and a short ride away from any of the beaches/ hot spots. Decor has been tastefully chosen and everything is kept very clean and proper. Roger, the house manager, was very helpful and gave very useful info into the ins and outs of the island. He was available whenever we needed and reacted promptly. Blanka too is very prompt in responding and did her best to accommodate us as much as possible with any requests we had. The pool was fabulous and we had incredible views.. the only thing I would fault is that it's mostly in the shade throughout the day. Also the neighbouring apartment is right there and they can see everything you do and vica versa if there is anyone staying there . Grounds were super well maintained though so I have to give this holiday 5 stars... we had a lovely time and were very sad to leave!!

Absolutely fantastic!

We (4 adults and 2 kids) were Blanka's guests during the period of March 19 till May 2 2017 (feels like so far away…) and we had an absolutely wonderful stay in this stunning apartment! All was exactly as documented (text/picture) and the comfort experienced was extraordinary. As you can see on provided pictures, Blanka has really invested lots of heard & passion to make this apartment so warm and cozy – believe me, we have seen a lot over the last few years, but nothing as great as we have found there! The location was - at least for us who were looking for some peaceful days but nevertheless very close to Chaweng Beach etc. - really ideal. From the pool and the master bedroom terrace we had a breath-taking sunset view to the sea and the surrounding islands. The "house beach" was only a few walking minutes away and easy to reach, on top of that, there was a small shop for urgent needs, a good restaurant with authentic Thai food and friendly service, car/bike rental, a bar, etc. About 5 minutes away with the bike, there was also a larger Family Mart offering all you need on a daily basis. Everything worked out really well from day 1, i.e. the pickup from the airport, the check-in and introduction to the apartment/broader area (thanks again Roger! Specially for always being available on follow-up questions etc.) down to the moment where we unfortunately had to check-out again. We can highly recommend to book the venue and are already looking forward to get back some day! Our special thanks go to Blanka who managed everything so friendly, swiftly and with great profession - it was really a great pleasure to meeting you!
