Make the most of this beautiful flat at the bottom of Villa Marguerite, which has been completely refurbished, with its own private car park, for a family holiday.
Situated in the heights of Bandol with its sea view, you'll find peace and quiet here.
The accommodation
Quiet accommodation, located at the bottom of a villa, its location is appreciated by tenants.
Close to all the shops (10 minutes on foot and 3 minutes by car), you can get to the town centre in 20 minutes (on foot) and 5 minutes by car.
What's more, a small square with a pétanque court is just a few minutes away.
This 70m2 T3 flat has a living/dining room with a sofa bed with hotel mattress, dining table and TV. Board games are available for family entertainment.
A separate kitchen opening onto an outdoor terrace with a charcoal barbecue.
It is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a fridge + freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine (a welcome basket with some pods and tea will be offered), a blender, a kettle and a toaster.
You will also have everything you need for cooking, as well as basic condiments (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, etc.).
Household products are also available.
You can have lunch on the terrace with a sea view, on a dining table with a parasol. Chilis are available.
The accommodation has a wifi connection.
The accommodation does not have air conditioning.
There is no washing machine.
The first bedroom has a sea view and sleeps in a 140x190cm bed, with a main bathroom with shower and washbasin adjacent to it.
A second bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm) that can be made into a double bed (180X190cm) with a wardrobe.
Pillows and duvet are provided.
The WC is separate from the bathroom.
You can park up to 2 cars.

Cette charmante maison appartient à Victoria, Dorothée et Antoine. Nous venons tout juste de la racheter pour en faire à nouveau une maison de famille, comme elle l’était autrefois. Les locations du rez-de-chaussée servent intégralement à la rénovation de notre chère villa, afin de lui redonner tout son éclat d'antan.
Le nom de la Villa « Marguerite » est un hommage tendre à la grand-mère de Dorothée, qui a fait construire cette maison avec amour et passion. C'est avec beaucoup de fierté que nous perpétuons son souvenir en ouvrant cette maison à des vacanciers.
Nous vous souhaitons un séjour des plus agréables sous le soleil provençal !
