Welcome home to this classic Mid Century Modern McCulloch compound. Originally built by the famed founder of Lake Havasu Robert P. McCulloch as a lake view compound to house family and friends. This home has been lovingly restored to suit the needs of today's traveling families while maintaining the original charm of a classic McCulloch Lake Havasu home. Large fully remodeled pool and deck area in the front of the home is set up on the hill to take full advantage of the beautiful lake views and incredible sunsets.

The home is set up as 2 homes in one which is ideal for multiple families traveling together. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with large open family room/kitchen/dining area with lots of windows overlooking the lake. Upstairs we also have 72" Smart tv and electronic basketball game for guests to enjoy.

Bedroom 1 - King bed, tv, office desk and chair

Master Bedroom 2- King bed, twin over twin bunk bed, tv, attached bathroom with shower. Pool and lake views from windows

Bedroom 3- King bed, lake and pool view windows with lake view.

Enter from the stairs upstairs or there is a private entry near garage as well.

We have a mini kitchen with freezer, sink, dishwasher and microwave. Open living room with large smart tv. Perfect for the kids to hang out separately from the adults so everyone can watch their favorite shows or sports.

There is plenty of boat and RV parking at the home as well as lots of outdoor areas to enjoy. We are about 12 minutes to downtown and the London Bridge area and about 5 minutes from the grocery store, coffee shops and eating options.

The host was very welcoming. The furnishings were comfortable. There was some wear and tear, but that is to be expected in a home that accommodates large gatherings. There was nothing that distracted from our total enjoyment of the house. Everything needed or desired was provided.

The pictures of the property needs to be updated they are very misleading. The host was great, they responded quickly. But the house, pool are was not what it should be. I don’t think we would stay there again. There were electrical issues with the switches, paint and knobs of cabinets were miatched.

View of Havasu

The view is awesome from this house! The lake just a few miles away. Nice jacuzzi and pool. 5 bedrooms and 3 baths with lots of space. You can even shoot hoops indoors! (Chucky cheese type hoops).

Wonderful place

The hosts were amazing!!!! They were so easy to deal with and very helpful when I needed help with operating the spa. This place fit our needs perfectly. The downstairs family room allowed us night owls to talk well into the night, while the early birds got to bed early upstairs!!!! Backyard views of lake so calming. Sunsets from Spa even better. Place is a bit dated but super clean n comfy, and you can’t beat the views or the hosts. We will definitely stay here again
