Great spot to enjoy S. Padre with our kids -- pool was blast, private beach access was so easy, and the balcony was perfect to watch the fireworks!

Everything as listed. The easy beach access and immediate umbrella and chair rental on the beach was everything we needed. We drove to the bay side for dinner and sunsets, parking was easy, everything was convenient and private. On a holiday weekend there was no crowds or fighting for a spot anywhere. The view is on the city side from balcony, but the night time is lively. Watched the cars and people drive by in the evenings, plenty of live music options around town. I’d stay again.

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay in July. Beds were comfortable!! Kitchen had what I needed to cook and store some leftovers.Pool and hot tub were awesome. We made a lot of use of the game room too!! Our hosts were helpful with sharing info and having directions and information already available. Check-in and check-out were smooth. It was in a great location- just a min walk to the beach. Great view of the island and laguna Madre- a partial beach view too. Can't say enough about this condo, the hosts or SPI.

Pros: location-walking distance to entertainment area and other restaurantsBeach access and pool are easy Beds were comfortableCons: Unit did not look very clean and needs updating. Refrigerator was dirty and so was full bath. The space between sink and shower was moldy and dirty. The half bath is a good idea but it is tiny.There were old kitchen sponges left by sink.

Great spot for going to the beach. Also, if staying looking towards the bay, you can see fireworks through the summer on the weekends.
