Nice beach front stay.

Excellent location right on the beach. The condo was tastefully decorated with a well equipped kitchen. It has a wonderful porch are to view the ocean and a pool.

Amazing beach front condo

We were so happy with our stay! The condo was exactly what the pictures showed…clean, up to date, and filled with everything our family needed. Perfect view of the beach and pier from the balcony, which was great! We loved it and can’t wait to come back!

Perfect spot for our 30th anniversary long weekend

We enjoyed everything about this lovely place. We definitely would stay again. The unit is beautiful and cozy we felt right at home. All of the communication I had with the property management was handled promptly and very professionally and friendly. Location is great everything we wanted.

Spring Getaway

Nice oceanfront condo, newly renovated. We enjoyed the deck and easy beach access. The building is right near the public access of the pier which was busy even in the off season. Don't think I'd stay here in the summer unless you like crowded beaches. FYI -The dishwasher takes over 2 hours to run and they want you to wash, dry and put away all dishes before you leave so you'll need to time that.

Beach trip

Despite the negatives below, I would come here, again! The condo was perfectly located, with easy access to the beach. It has been recently painted and updated in the living/bedroom area, which is very nice. I loved the deck and view! I bet it gets hot in the summer! No cover. But the bathrooms and kitchen counter seriously need updating. You need to rent linens (poor quality), as informed, but that does not include towels. That was disappointing. No paper products were provided, other than partial toilet paper rolls. There is only salt and pepper in the kitchen. There was no dish soap or dishwasher detergent. One used sponge. Otherwise, the kitchen was well stocked to cook. I tried calling housekeeping for towels, but didn't get a response. I did get someone to come out and fix the master bedroom ceiling fan. All the lighting in the carport under the building was not working, so it was a dark arrival, and a bit dangerous. It would have been easy to trip or not see someone standing away from the car. That was very disconcerting as a single person traveling alone. I guess maintenence couldn't fix it, as it was that way all week. I did feel very safe, overall, though.

Thank you for staying with us. We are so glad that you enjoyed the updates, the proximity to the beach and the phenomenal deck views! Sitting on the deck, even in the summer, and enjoying the fact that the small deck overhang of the upper level allows us to choose sun or shade depending on the weather. We are sorry you had an issue with the lighting in the carport. We thought this was resolved during your stay. If not, we apologize. We can confirm that we’ve been there since your visit and the carport lighting is working. We do agree that the kitchen needed updating, and a full kitchen remodel has just been completed; please check out the new pictures! We hope you come visit again to enjoy the updated kitchen and incredible ocean views!

Best views in Holden Beach

This is a nice condo right on the beautiful beach overlooking the pier. The condo has a nice floor plan. We enjoyed the pool on cooler days.
