I’ve stayed at Water’s Edge several times but never in this unit. The pool, beach access and location are wonderful. However, I will NEVER book this unit again. The beds are horrible— massive mattress indentations on both sides, cheap frames that creak and sound like they are breaking when you sit down or roll over. We had to use the nightstands as clothes storage since there is no proper dresser in the room. The master shower is missing a glass door and the plastic curtain the owner hung to “fix” the problem caused water to collect on the floor. There are exactly 4 cups and 4 dinner sized plates in the kitchen—which is fine unless you have more than 4 people staying in the condo. The pictures look great online but in person the unit was dirty and overall not well kept.

Holden Beach never fails

Beautiful fire place. Bed was very very comfortable. Back porch was perfect. Beautiful view and comfortable seating. I will just give one suggestion…the couch is very flimsy and recliner fits a teenager great but not for adults. Thank you for a great stay.

Convenient and nice!

This condo was very clean and the grounds were well kept. I also like how you had to have a key for pool and beach entrance. The only complaint I have is that there were no umbrellas at the pool…nowhere to get out of the sun.

Holden Beach oceanfront condo

This is a darling, oceanfront condo in Holden Beach. It is decorated in an adorable "beach" theme with great colors and decorations. Private walkway to the ocean, close to a variety of restaurants/bars, etc. We had a blast and we hope to return in the off-season.
