Beautiful Centrally Located Pool Home with an above ground spa and amazing lake views. This Home won't disappoint with it's Gorgeous Custom Kitchen, Tiled Walk in Showers and Nicely Decorated Interiors. Feels like the beach.. Monthly, weekly and weekends available .

We have a Monthly Rate, all utilities included with a cap on electric of $175. per month.
Note: January - March we only accept full calendar month rentals (no mid-month rentals).
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

- No smoking - No dirty dishes allowed in the sink. Dishes can be left in the dishwasher clean. - Wash & dry a load of towels. Can be left the dryer

The spa was empty when in the listing it shows the spa working. Little thins dirty

The spa specifically says it is not filled unless you want to pay $65 to have it filled and that was not requested so it was not filled.. So it is dirty from the wind but it's not cleaned unless it's going to be used. Sorry you didn't see that in the listing
