This unit was awesome! Very quaint and cozy! Very clean and plenty of enough room for my daughter and I. It was the perfect location to get back and forth to the convention center for our volleyball tournament! Can’t wait to stay there again!
This Unit was nice and looked just like the listed pictures. I didn’t like the check in process and not being able to access the level of the building where I parked. I liked having access to the property manager though.

Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location
Disliked: Listing accuracy
I was a little disappointed
2nd bedroom had 2 box springs no mattress.
It was terrible to sleep on. NO ACCESS FROM UNDERGROUND PARKING. NO EXTRA BED LINEN FOR PULL OUT. NO DUST PAN. SINK IN BATHROOM CLOGED UP. WATER WAS HOT HOT OR COLD COLD.
The room itself was very clean and accommodating. Everything listed was accurate. Perfect for my teen daughters and I to relax after a long day exploring the city. The host was very helpful and friendly. She responded to my questions immediately. The building itself needs a serious deep cleaning and update. There were people smoking weed in the elevator, spaghetti on the carpet in the hallway and a homeless man with a tent asking for money as we parked each day. The man at the front desk was so helpful we ordered him dinner. The area is very loud with traffic and constant sirens all night long, but it is right downtown. I would choose a hotel across the street next time since they would keep the building clean and monitored.
