Chalet Sivara is a three-storey, semi-detached property sleeping six guests in three double bedrooms.

The location between the traditional village of Manigod and the ski station at La Croix Fry is great for a group of family or friends who want to discover the skiing, hiking and biking opportunities in the beautiful Aravis mountains. And with the ski bus stopping outside the property, you won't even need to use your car if you prefer not to.

We love the quirky and cosy decor at Chalet Sivara - the unusual light displays, the modern artwork and the custom-built furniture, including the clever TV cabinet! The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook for your group and the chairs at the dining table are so comfortable you could be there late into the evening. But if you do decide to move into the seating area, you'll find it cosy and warm, with a woodburning stove and plenty of cushions to sink into.

The chalet also has two furnished terraces - one at the front of the dining area, and another at the side off the kitchen, making it the perfect place for barbecues and al fresco meals. There's also a pétanque piste.

This unique property is a great choice for a family or a group of friends.

Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included.

NB: A paddle is available if you wish to enjoy Lake Annecy on the water.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.

A Perfectly Located and Well-Equipped Chalet with Stunning Views

Chalet Sivara is perfectly located in a quiet lane off the Manigod-La Croix Fry road, just minutes from the Manigod ski area and less than 20 minutes by car or bus from shops and supermarkets in Thônes. The views from the two balconies are breathtaking—overlooking the vast Chaîne des Aravis without any sign of human habitation. The chalet itself is extremely comfortable and exceptionally well-equipped. The owners deserve congratulations for their impeccable sense of style and decoration.

Exceptional place! The view from the balcony is just breathtaking. The chalet is very private, but close to the road on the same time. It is very well equipped, clean and nicely decorated. We are already thinking about our next vacation there:)

We would return in a heartbeat

Chalet Sivara did not disappoint and was even better than presented on the website. We would return in a heartbeat. The chalet itself is extremely tastefully done (congrats to the owners on a job well done… I would love to hire them to design my home), cozy, well-maintained, and enjoys magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. The kitchen has everything you will need and then some. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. The management team of Grace and Tom were excellent, helped us experience the area as if we were locals, and made sure we were well taken care of. The chalet is great for individual travelers, couples, and families. I have stayed in many homes, chalets, and apartments over the years, and this is without a doubt one of my favorites. To be clear, I received absolutely no consideration for this review, and it is written with enthusiasm merely in appreciation of a job well done by our hosts.
