Child friendly, beautiful villa "Verudela". 4 km from the centre of Pula, in a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach. Private: property 1'800 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (50 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.). Unconventional pool shape. Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, burglar alarm system, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 700 m, pebble beach, rocky beach 50 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
