Esta hermosa villa espaciosa y refrescante recientemente renovada (2019) con una increíble vista al mar ofrecerá un excelente tiempo de vacaciones, puede ofrecer privacidad, paz y una estadía memorable.
La casa se basa en 3 pisos.
La planta baja más alta es el área de descanso con sala de estar, gran cocina, terraza de invierno con chimenea interior, garaje, baño y una gran terraza abierta con una gran mesa de comedor y una vista impresionante de la bahía del mar y los alrededores naturales de Banjole. En el 1er piso hay 3 dormitorios. Un dormitorio tiene baño en suite y otras dos habitaciones comparten un baño grande. Cada habitación tiene aire acondicionado y televisión por satélite. Desde la terraza al aire libre, una escalera conduce al área del jardín, donde se encuentra la gran piscina con hidromasaje y una gran área para tomar el sol con tumbonas. Hay una zona de parrilla exterior y un lugar para relajarse. En la planta baja hay 2 dormitorios más cada uno con baño privado, aire acondicionado y televisión vía satélite. También hay salas de juegos con billar, dardos y futbolín. Habitación Wellnes con sauna y ducha también está disponible. El área del jardín es amurallada y segura para los niños.
Piscina de hidromasaje en el interior de la piscina, bienestar con sauna, billar, dardos, futbolín, equipo de ejercicios, garaje + 2 plazas de aparcamiento, parrilla exterior de carbón o gas, chimenea interior en la gran terraza de invierno.
La villa se encuentra en uno de los puntos de vista más altos del pueblo, lo que significa que ofrece una vista impresionante del mar y las bellezas naturales. El área es segura y tranquila, lo que le permite relajarse durante su estancia.
El mar más cercano está a solo 800 metros y en las proximidades de no más de 2 kilómetros hay muchas playas rocosas y arenosas, campings, playas salvajes. Cerca de la propiedad hay una pequeña tienda para todo lo que necesita y a solo 1 km hay un supermercado más grande, una estación de servicio, un banco y un cajero automático.

Lovely Villa with all you need. Very helpful property manager. It is in a residential area and we were told to keep the noise down at 10 pm whilst we were playing in the pool with no music. (The request in the written rules was quiet after 11pm) Not a problem but maybe we would choose somewhere more rural in future. Cash deposit required and lost part of this due to a small grate breaking in the pool.Overall we had a great stay and really enjoyed our first holiday in Croatia.

Einfach nur wundervoll!

Alles ist so, wie beschrieben: traumhaftes Haus, wundervolle Sicht, toller Pool. Wir sind mit Teenagern verreist, die die unteren Zimmer mit Kicker und Billard und Darts und Privatsphäre besonders toll fanden. Wir haben jeden Tag auf der tollen Terrasse gegessen. Alles Geschirr etc. ist in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Es ist ein perfekter Ort und Zorica ist wirklich eine tolle Gastgeberin, die immer erreichbar ist und tolle Tipps hat. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit hier! Vielen Dank!

Familienurlaub

Sehr schönes und großes, renoviertes Haus mit tollem Pool und schöner Terrasse. Von den Balkonen kann man auf das Meer schauen. Verschiedene Strände sind in der Umgebung in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Bäcker 5 min. zu Fuß. Supermarkt auch in der Nähe. Zimmer alle sehr schön . Küche gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt ein super Urlaub. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen.

A great house for a large group

We stayed for a week in a group with a wide mix of ages. The highlight of the property is definitely the brilliant swimming pool and the dining terrace where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets. A car is advisable to access the best beaches in the area - although smaller beaches can be reached on foot. A great property.

Wonderful place in Banjole

Great house for two families, lots of space for socializing and relaxing, both indoors and outdoors. The house has a great sunset view over the sea when dining outside. Small but nice beach just a few min walk away together with a couple of beach bars for a late drink. Closest supermarket is not great, we preferred going to Medulin (10 min with car) to Lidl for better assortment and prices.

Bij het huis werden we door Zorica welkom geheten. Zij is super vriendelijk, spreek perfect Engels en weet heel veel te vertellen wat leuk is om te doen. Daarnaast is het huis best groot, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een mooie keuken, een heerlijk zwembad, sauna, bbq, kortom. Wij hebben heel erg genoten van het verblijf.

Großzügiges Haus - Top Aufenthalt

Die Übergabe hat super funktioniert. Ivan ist hilfsbereit und gibt Tipps zur Umgebung. Die Unterkunft ist sehr großzügig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist groß und sauber. Die Möbel, wie Tische, Betten oder Liegestühle sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Hidden gem off of the beaten track

This property was even better than the pictures. Beautiful hilltop property with outstanding sunsets over the ocean. Well appointed kitchen. Plenty of BRs and baths. What really made it perfect was the owners willingness to help us with any requests. The coffee maker was slow so within minutes they brought us a new one. We wanted to go on a boat to some of the nearby islands but it was off season. Not a problem, they called their friend who took us out for the day. He served us fresh cheese, sardines and wine then called his friend to open his restaurant for us for lunch. Such a special week and we plan to go back!

Ein Traum von Urlaubshaus

Wir haben dieses tolle Ferienhaus mit 2 Familien bewohnt (4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder). Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist traumhaft. Der Pool ist für die Größe des Hauses perfekt, die Außenanlagen sauber und schön angelegt. Im Haus sind alle Schlafzimmer und Bäder neu und sehr wohnlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Geschirr, Besteck und Kochutensilien ausreichend vorhanden Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und 2 schöne Urlauswochen dort verbracht.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus in Banjole / Amazing vacation home in Banjole

(English review below) Uns hat dieses Haus wunderbar gefallen. Das ganze Haus war von oben bis unten blitzblank geputzt, die Küche war gut eingerichtet, und Ivan war freundlich und leicht erreichbar. Die Kinder wollten das Haus kaum verlassen, da es endlose Spiel- und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten dort gab. (Sie haben sogar geschwommen, doch für die Erwachsene war es im Mai noch zu kalt!) Die Lage des Hauses ist super, mit Blick auf eine nahegelegene Bucht. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Pula aber auch in wenigen Minuten in dem bildhübschen Kamenjak Nationalpark. Ich kann dieses Haus nur empfehlen. We had a wonderful stay at this house. The entire house was perfectly clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. Ivan is friendly and easy to reach in case of questions or concerns. Our kids barely wanted to leave the house, since there were endless opportunities to play and entertain themselves there. (They even swam, though it was a bit cold for the adults!) The location is great, too, with a view of a nearby bay. You'll want a car here, but this will allow you to reach both Pula, with its interesting historical sites, and Kamenjak National Park, with its breathtaking beaches and nature. I would very highly recommend this house.

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen 14-tägigen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Haus. Wir sind mit 6 Erwachsen, 2 Kindern, 1 Baby und 2 Hunden angereist. Uns wurde ein Babybett sowie ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Haus hat alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Haus, Pool und Garten ist sauber, großräumig und sehr gepflegt. Vielen Dank fur diesen tollen Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great venue for a large family holiday

The pictures on the website - the view overlooking the bay, in particular - are very accurate. The balcony is a tremendous place to eat at both ends of the day. The rooms were all clean, spacious, and well maintained. Plenty of bars and eating-out options within walking distance. You would need a car, though, to visit lovely places such as Labin, Rovinj, Bale as well as the nearby Pula.

Schönes Haus. Ruhige Wohngegend. Nette Vermieter.

Der Meerblick vom Balkon aus ist wirklich super. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Haus, Swimmingpool und Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Wir konnten dort wirklich entspannen. Was man vielleicht wissen sollte: Im 1. Stock liegen 3 Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer, ein weiteres Badezimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und im Untergeschoss finden sich weitere 2 Schlaf- und 3 Badezimmer. Das Untergeschoss ist ganz neu und modern ausgebaut. Es hat eine Sauna, einen Billard- und Kickerraum und einen direkten Zugang zum Garten. Das Untergeschoss ist von der oberen Haushälfte allerdings nur über die Außentreppe zu erreichen. Das heißt, dass die Nutzung der unteren Badezimmer und Toiletten für die oben Wohnenden etwas aufwändig ist.

Außergewöhnliches Ferienhaus mit vielen "Extras" und phantastischer Aussicht

Was sollen wir schreiben???? Wir haben dieses Ferienhaus wegen der Vielzahl der Schlaf- und Badezimmer zwecks Geburtstagsfeier gemietet. Bis auf eins waren alle Zimmer belegt. Keiner von uns war vorherin Kroatien gewesen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden in jeder Hinsicht an Land, Menschen, Ferienhaus und nicht zuletzt der Familie Ribic weit übertroffen. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, konnten jederzeit falls gewünscht auf Ratschläge zurückgreifen. Die dezente Betreuung bis hin zur Verkostung des vorzüglichn Grappas aus eigener Herstellung war äußerst angenehm und erfreulich. Zum Haus ist nicht so viel zu sagen. Es entspricht in jeder Hinsicht der Beschreibung einschl. des phantastischen Meerblicks. Den Whirlpool haben wir nicht benötigt, da bei erstaunlich gutem Wetter der Swimming-Pool die hervorragende Alternative war. Kurz gesagt, es stimmt einfach alles bis hin zum täglichen abendlichen Billard-Spiel, Kicker oder Dart. Sehr willkommene Abwechslungen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass die Familie Ribic uns zweimal während des Aufenthalts kostenlos mit enormen Mengen von Brennholz für den Kamin versorgt hat. Dieser funktioniert einwandfrei und spendet an kühleren Abenden im gemütlichen Wintergarten eine wohlige Atmosphäre. Ebenso erwähnenswert und hervorzuheben ist, dass Ivan kurz nach unserer Ankunft einen neuen Fernseher installiert hat, weil der Receiver der SAT-Anlage keine deutschen Programme mehr empfing, obwohl wir noch zwei weitere voll funktionsfähige Geräte im Hause hatten. Also ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in einer Traumlandschaft, sehr sympathischen Gastgebern und einer tollen Unterkunft. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder, allerdings sollten es schon mehrere Bewohner sein,........sonst verläuft man sich und vereinsamt.:-)))) Liebe Grüße an unsere kroatischen "Freunde" und hoffentlich bis bald.

Waren mit 9 Personen angereist hatten ganz viel Platz im Haus. Der Pool ist sehr groß gestaltet und die Außenanlage ist gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit grossem Pool

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig mit einem wundervollen Blick aufs Meer von der grossen Terasse aus wo man gerne seine Mahlzeiten einnimmt. Es ist ein riesiger Kühlschrank vorhanden und die Küchenausstattung ist komplett und alles vorhanden. Der Pool ist sehr gross und unsere Hunde fühlten sich auch total wohl 😊 Auch für die Spieleabende war alles vorhanden ( Pool, Dart, Tischfussball, Federball etc ) Der Steingrill beim Pool wurde auch öfters genutzt! Alles zusammen kommen gerne wieder 👍

Ein wunderschönes Haus in Traumlage!

Ein wunderschönes, sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus in Traumlage mit sehr schönem Poolbereich. Die Räumlichkeiten sind großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Meer liegt fußläufig nur ein paar hundert Meter vom Haus weg. Auch liegen sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe, welche zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Unsere Vermieter, die Familie Ribic waren sehr aufmerksame, freundliche Gastgeber die alles daran setzten, einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen ohne die Privatsphäre zu stören. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Ferienhaus absolut empfehlen.

This property has been reconstructed in 2012 and 2019. The pool and large sunbathing area was built, garden was walled and redocorated, whole interior of the house was refreshed and redecorated.
I was living in this property till 2012 when our family decided to make it for holiday rental.
In 2019 the ground floor and first floor was fully reconstructed with adding game room and wellness room. Also 2 fully equipped bedrooms were made ensuite with private bathrooms. Bedrooms have air condition, SAT TV, mosqito nets.
