The cottage is located on the 1st floor of the owners' house, it is accessible by a private exterior staircase. The apartment offers you: a living room (kitchen/living room/lounge) opening onto the balcony, 1 small bedroom (1 140 x 190 bed), a bathroom (walk-in shower) and a separate toilet . The 9m² west-facing balcony has an electric barbecue. The washing machine is located in a laundry room on the ground floor of the owners' house. Parking space in the owners' enclosed courtyard, fully secure (electric gate). Welcome to Pénestin, a small seaside resort in southern Brittany! Its 25 km of coastline, its 50 km of trails, its dozen beaches - including La Source 500 m away - await you. At Mine d'Or beach, 800 m away, come and swim or practice water sports (paragliding, windsurfing, kite-surfing, etc.).
