Welcome to 'Perched On The Beach,' your cozy and stylish waterfront retreat. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers breathtaking water views from every single room, ensuring the ocean is always in sight.

Key Features:
Natural Light: The interior is filled with natural light, making the entire home feel welcoming and clean.
Expansive Deck: Your private oasis extends outdoors to a large deck with comfortable seating, situated directly over the water. It's the perfect spot to start your day or watch the beautiful sunsets.
Entire House: You will have the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house to yourselves.
Living Space: Bright, open-concept design with comfortable seating and incredible views.
Kitchen: A modern, fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, perfect for preparing meals. Includes multiple coffee makers.
Bedrooms: Three cozy and inviting bedrooms. One room features bunk beds, making it ideal for families.
Bathrooms: Two clean and updated full bathrooms.
Convenience: A washer and dryer and full air conditioning are included for your comfort.
Outdoor Space: Exclusive use of the expansive waterfront deck. You will find a charcoal grill, picnic table, outdoor shower, water hose, and beach items available for your use.
Beach Access: Enjoy direct access to the community beach just steps away from the house, putting you right on the sand. This is a true beachfront and waterfront property.

Please note the following to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay:

Remote Location: The property's remote setting provides direct access to the natural beauty of the Texas beach. We recommend stocking up on groceries and supplies before you arrive.
Waterfront Safety: As the deck is directly over the water, we ask that guests be mindful, and that children are supervised at all times when outdoors.
Guests are required to sign separate rental agreement after booking is complete.

This was the second time we stayed at Perched on the Beach. If you like to be close to the water and listen to the waves this is definitely the place for you. We also love walking on the pristine beach which is clean and not crowded.The property is beautiful with the window across the living room you can sit and watch the ocean all day. The house is well appointed with everything you will need.The only negative is the neighbor leaves their very bright porch lights on all night. This takes away from the evening ambiance.Will be coming back.

I stayed here with my family for my 53rd birthday trip. It was exactly what I wanted... a cozy place with amazing views. I could not have asked for a better place to celebrate my birthday. From Coffee on the deck and watching the sunrise to being lulled to sleep at night by the waves crashing on the rocks..... it was perfection. I loved every minute of our stay.

Always a great stay!

this is our third or fourth stay at Perch and, as always, it was clean, well-stocked, and lots of fun! the beach is super close and we used the kitchen to make several meals. we'll be back next year!
