Schöne Gegend, nette Menschen und ein prima Apartment, das alles hat, was man braucht, und zudem noch gemütlich ist. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal mit Hund da – und es könnte sich für uns zum Klassiker entwickeln. Besten Dank auch an den vorbildlichen Service!

Tolles Appartement

Das Appartement war gut und reicht völlig aus für 2 Personen plus Hunde. Jedoch eher für jüngere Leute Bett war ziemlich hart und an der Schräge vom Dach. Appartement war auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und zum Frühstück kamen immer 2 Wespen vorbei. Bitte nicht über FeWo buchen das hat uns hier 150 € mehr gekostet ohne Mehrwert. Bucht direkt beim Anbieter!

Alles sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Einzig die Duschbrause muss repariert werden (Wasserstrahl ging zum Teil an die Decke und flutete anschließend das Bad), sollte aber inzwischen erfolgt sein. Ansonsten wären noch schärfere Messer und ein vorhandenes Geschirrtuch super gewesen, aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. Kommen gern als Gast wieder und das Appartement ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr gut geeignet.

Preis und Leistung passen hier nicht zusammen

Grundsätzlich haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in Timmendorfer Strand sehr genossen. Das Apartment ist zentral gelegen, sodass man sowohl das Zentrum als auch den Hafen in Niendorf sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Zudem ist das Apartment bis auf eine Ausnahme gut ausgestattet und auch sauber. Einige Umstände führen jedoch zu der insgesamt schlechten Bewertung. Für den Check-In musste der Schlüssel in Scharbeutz abgeholt werden, was an sich schon nicht besonders komfortabel ist. Zudem gab es kein konkretes Zeitfenster, in dem der Schlüssel abgeholt werden konnte. Die Öffnungszeiten des Büros wurden dann noch spontan verkürzt, sodass wir den Schlüssel aus dem Schlüsselkasten entnehmen mussten. Als wir dann im Apartment ankamen, mussten wir mit Bedauern feststellen, das kein Geschirrspüler vorhanden war, obwohl dies unter Ausstattung explizit in der Anzeige aufgeführt war - schade. Hinzukam, dass das Fenster undicht war, sodass die Sturmgeräusche draußen dauerhaft von einem Pfeifen und einer wehenden Gardine untermalt wurden. Undicht war auch die Dichtung der Duschtür, sodass nach jedem Duschen ein Aufwischen des gesamten Badezimmers notwendig war. Egal wie sehr man sich auch angestrengt hat, das Wasser lief raus. Das der Staubsauger ekelhaft stank und für Handtücher und Bettwäsche zusätzlich bezahlt werden sollten, sind da nur Randnotizen. Beim Check-Out auf die Mängel angesprochen, gab es keinerlei Entschuldigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten, lediglich den Hinweis, man hätte sich früher melden sollen, um die Mängel beheben zu können. Aus meiner Sicht gehören solche Mängel jedoch behoben, wenn gerade kein Gast darin wohnt.

Tolle Lage und Ausstattung ABER....

Eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Mit einer tollen, strandnahen Lage. Im Sommer kann es aber sehr warm werden, da die Wohnung direkt unter dem Dach liegt. Leider ist die Wohnung auch hellhörig.

Schöner Kurzaufenthalt

Eine kleine, aber schöne + strandnahe Ferienwohnung in Timmendorf. Diese ist im 3ten Stock mit Fahrstuhl und zugehörigem Parkplatz. Es ist alles vorhanden für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Nur an Dachschräge am Bett kann man sich den Kopf leicht stoßen. Guter und freunlicher Service von Baltic Appartments :-).

Wir waren Ende Mai in dem Appartement. Es war alles sauber und entsprach den Angaben. Aber: der Spüler war ausgebaut und nicht ersetzt worden.
