Stunning Luxury 4 bedroom condo suite with 2 master suites; Master Suite has a King size bed with double sink, large soaker Tub and Stand up shower, 2nd Bedroom has a Queen size bed with full ensuite bathroom and Rooms 3 and 4 have 2 Twin beds. Each Room has its own Roku TV's mounted. Beautiful Granite countertops and Breakfast bar with bar stools ! Enjoy the fresh air and Pond views with the Large Balcony with two entry doors, one from the living room and other from the Master ensuite to enjoy a morning brew and soak in the sun.
Just steps away from the amazing amenities including Clubhouse with business & fitness center, games room, Two resort style community pools and hot tub spa pool plus another kids water playground with an enclosed gate. Tuscan style inspired resort located close to many restaurants, Publix grocery store, and a short drive to area theme parks and Disney under 9 miles away. Enjoy nearby Golf Courses under 1 mile away. You will find the community a relaxing and calm place to hang out with family and friends. Beautifully groomed grounds and with mature trees add a level of tranquility to make the most of your stay. Disney Weekend

This location and accommodations worked great for our visit to Disney. Lots of bedrooms and baths which was right for what we needed. Even enjoyed the pool one day!

Very comfortable and good location.

We enjoyed the four bedrooms and three bathrooms. We all had our own space which is great for the grandchildren. We were near many of the attractions we visited.

Quiet retreat

We enjoyed our stay. It’s spacious enough to let big families rest. The short distance to Disney, Sea World, and groceries is a plus. All the amenities we needed were available. Great communication with the Host.

Great stay for disney

We had a great stay here. Me, my wife and seven yr old, plus my brother, his wife and 3 children, for a total of 3 weeks. The location was nice with a large supermarket just a few mins walk, plus several restaurant and bar options very close. The apartment was very spacious and having 3 bathrooms was a big plus. The pools were nice and close by. Didn't get chance to use thr gym but looked well equipped. We didn't have a car but found getting ubers to the parks was easy. Altogether a fabulous holiday and would stay here again. Thanks Marc for answering all our queries quickly and for a great stay

A great month vacation at a great place.

My wife and I rented this unit to have our adult children, their spouses and our two granddaughters join us for the Disney vacation everyone had dreamed of. As this was our first VRBO rental we had several questions. Contacting Marc was easy and he was very approachable. He made us feel confident that this space would be good for our needs. Indeed when we arrived, we found that it was stocked with kitchen needs, towels etc. for the eight of us. With the coded lock everyone was able to come and go at will. We also had room to park 3 rental vehicles. There was also a pool and hot tub as well as exercise room on the condo complex which was great for the kids. The condo was clean and well furnished for us for the period of the month that we were there. We found no issues of concern so my contact with Ma rc was just to advise that were very satisfied. The location is a reasonable distance from Disney 15 min drive and 20 min. to International Drive. There is a Publix store 5 min. walk with IHOP and Applebees in the same strip mall. There is a quaint fish and chip restaurant beside Publix which we highly recommend. Overall, we would very much recommend this rental for extended family vacations to Disney.

Such a disappointment-

Unfortunately, we did not have a positive stay. We arrived for a 4:00 check in to find the property was not ready and the cleaning team was still working. We were told that towels were in the laundry. When the team left at 5:00, 4 twin beds were left unmade, the bathrooms were not cleaned, dirty linens were left behind, and the condo was overall dirty. Upon closer inspection throughout the weekend, we found the coffee maker in the cupboard still holding used grounds and the pot dirty, there was not a battery in at least one of the smoke detectors and we did not have wash cloths, hand towels, or paper towels. Initially, the owner was responsive, but as the weekend went on, I could not get a response from him. I am requesting a refund of our cleaning fee and at least half of our rental. I can provide some photos if necessary.

Great place, great location

This is our second time booking this place and we love it. It's cozy yet open, making it the perfect place for a family or even 2 families that want to stay together. The kitchen has everything you need. There are also 3 bathrooms, which makes getting ready for the day convenient for everyone. Thank you so much for letting us stay! We hope to reserve again in the future.

Great place to stay

No real issues, only know that you must buy all house supplies you use. Ex: trash bags, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels etc. Ours had none of the above. Other than that the place was amazing.

75th Birthday 5 women (3 generations)Weekend

We had a wonderful time. The unit was lovely and big enough for 5 women to each have our own bed, not have to share and no bunk beds. The complex was very quiet, the grounds were beautiful and 2 pools - perfect! I would definitely rent this again.

Wonderful!

Everything was exactly as listed. Condo was very clean. Kitchen well stocked with appliances. The area was very quiet and relaxing. Not far from attractions. We enjoyed the pool area. Property manager was available when needed and accommodating.

Roomy Condo in Great Neighborhood

We had five adults and two children but plenty of room including three very welcome bathrooms. It is about 9 miles from Disney but resulted in a 20-25 min. drive with traffic. It is in a quiet community within walking distance of a supermarket and some restaurants. Marc was very responsive, quickly addressing any questions or concerns.

Lovely Orlando Vacation Rental

Great stay from beginning to end. Great location close to Disney attractions and a Publix conveniently located just around the corner. Very clean and spacious. We will definitely be back again.

Our family really enjoys Florida and especially this area because its easy to travel to, its relatively inexpensive compared to other designations and it feels homely. There's a nice pace here while your on vacation, its close to everything and short trip to beaches on either coast. We want to share the same experience and of course add some enhancements from our own experiences and stay.

We choose this property in particular because you could come back from a busy day out and feel total peace and relaxation here. Its very clean and well maintained. Most of the owners are actual residents so your not bombarded with everyone on vacation. We felt that balance was key. The amenities are not really busy during winter months when we have been there and we enjoy that everything is within walking distance too.

Feels like a home away from home, it doesn't feel like a hustle and bustle kinda of area, its not crowded and yet you can enjoy some quiet time when you need it here. Its easy access to freeways, all kinds of amenities and close enough to Disney where your not trapped on the busier freeways. Its easy to visit other near by near by places like Apopka springs, Beaches - Clearwater and or Cocoa Beach. Since its a newly developed area, theres alot of great places to dine and shop.
