The apartment was as described fully equipped with kitchen utensils the only thing was the lightening in the kitchen above the stove area could have been better what made it worse was the fact that the lights under the microwave didn't work but apart from that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to everyone

Wonderful location

Excellent Stay

The condo was so clean, the beds were very comfortable and it had a great layout for our family. Communication with Neil was extremely easy and we had zero issues during our stay. So much quieter than a hotel, we would definitely stay here again and recommend this beautiful home to friends and family who are visiting the area.

Great apartment and location

We spent 10 days in Orlando with our grandson, parents and grandparents over Christmas and New Year's Eve 2023. It was a great time and an excellent central apartment. Everyone had their own bed- and bathroom.

Great condo, great owners!

Condo was so clean and quiet! Bed was comfy and Neil communicated frequently with us. Condo is right across from clubhouse so there was easy access to pool and treadmills. Will definitely stay here again!

Condo was clean, owners were very helpful, flexible and accommodating. Property is conveniently located. I would definitely stay on the property again when visiting Davenport.

Nice place to stay for a family vacation

Apartment is nicely decorated and is very clean. We enjoyed our stay. Check-in/check-out instructions were very clear and were easy processes. Hosts are always on top of communications. Thanks very much!

Wonderful stay

Our stay was fantastic. We chose to stay here because we had planned to do a couple of days at disney. The location was great probably a 20 min drive from place to disney. Easy access to grocery store and restraunts. The place was clean and had everything we could need. Liked the fact that it was in a gated community. Neil was great to communicate with and we would definitely stay here again.

Great starting point to visit the theme parks

The apartment was really nice and clean. Everything was there, it was a great location. In the condo is a pool which my kids enjoyed. The communication with the owner / caretaker was good, everything works very well.

First time booking a condo on VRBO.

This was a great place to stay from Dec 22 - Jan 2. We haven't been to Florida since Nov/Dec 2010. We've always booked a hotel but we wanted to try something new. Best decision we made because it was just like our own little apt. Very peaceful. Great area and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Enjoyed seeing the fireworks on New Years Eve from areas around our condo. My husband and I definitely would booked this place again.

Quiet and Peaceful

We had a wonderful stay in this clean and quiet apartment! My husband and I had stayed here before around Christmas, so we were happy to stay again with our friends in this very nice vacation getaway. The owners are great at communicating and very helpful. The beds are very comfortable, and the apartment is in a great location for all of Orlando’s attractions. We had a peaceful, relaxing stay!

Great property, great experience!

This rental was exactly as described, in a safe location and friendly location, and everything we needed was considered and accounted for. Communications with the property owner were timely, effective, and super helpful. I also enjoyed meeting some of the other area residents. I would definitely recommend this property to others!

Best Terrace ridge stay

Very nice property especially for seniors. Quiet. Most of the residents are older and there are are many return guests. The condo itself is really beautiful decorated with beach motif and well kept. Would definitely recommend. Very responsive owner

If you would like help with planning your holiday, we can give advice on flights, car hire, good value theme park passes, restaurants, great value shopping, and ideas of things to do that are off the beaten 'tourist trap'. Just ask.
