Little house built in 2024 between Annecy and Geneva, near freeway entrance.
2 bedrooms: sleeps 2/4.
Enjoy a comfortable, quiet and green location, with a beautiful panorama of the mountains. The cottage is located in the village of Cuvat at 700m altitude. A wide range of tourist and sporting excursions are possible, but a car is essential:
- On site. Cycling, mountain biking and walking.
- Nearby. 9-hole golf course, swimming pool, restaurants
- Annecy and its lake are 10 km away. Sightseeing, shopping, lake...
