Perfect long or short-term rental - has everything you’d want

I stayed for several weeks with my husband, and could not have asked for a better experience. Rui was extremely responsive and thoughtful, even making sure the walkway and drive way were shoveled promptly when there was snow. The listing is completely accurate - we frequently walked downtown and to nearby restaurants, but also had everything in the kitchen if we wanted to cook at home (pots, pans, etc.) Would absolutely recommend to anyone coming to Boulder!

Family Event

The place was nice. I would recommend adding grab bars in the Shower Tub and next to the toilet I did go and purchase a suction cup grab bar and forgot it there but You should REMOVE it as it could be a lability issue. I would install a more secure style grab bar. Location was great neighborhood great. amenities were acceptable.
