Schöne Umgebung; Unterbringung anstrengend

Auf der Suche nach einer Ferienwohnung um Cuxhaven herum mit den Anforderungen "barrierefrei" + "behindertengerecht, wurde mir dieses Appartement angeboten. Als meine Frau und ich die Räumlichkeiten besichtigten, stellten wir diverse Mängel fest. Die Haltegriffe die normalerweise links und rechts von der Toilette angebracht sind, war nur der rechte vorhanden und die Befestigung schon stark aus der Wand heraus (wackelnd), dass man sich der Sicherheit wegen nicht abstützen wollte. Der linke Haltegriff wurde neben dem verstellbarem Waschbecken montiert. Des Weiteren war die Montagehöhe des Toilettenbeckens so hoch, dass ein angenehmes, entspanntes Sitzen nicht ging. Was auch negativ auffiel war die Breite der Betten von nur 80 cm; "Kinderbetten" was einer behinderten gerechten Wohnung gar nicht ging. Leider stieß diese Beanstandung in dem Vermittlungsbüro bei der jungen Mitarbeiterin auf taube Ohren und man bekam noch gesagt, dass das Appartement nur behindertentauglich sei, obwohl man nach einer behindertengerechten Unterkunft die Suchfunktion eingestellt hatte. Auch auf den gut gemeinten Hinweis, dass man keine Hinweisschilder zu dem Appartement 18 gesehen hat, wurde erwidert, es seien welche gleich, wenn man aus dem Aufzug käme. Ich denke die junge Mitarbeiterin sollte sich über die realen Örtlichkeiten mal etwas schlauer machen. Mit verschlechtertem Gesundheitszustand durch diese Unannehmlichkeiten reisten wir ein Tag früher ab.

Haus Düne Appartment Nr.18

Das Appartment war in Ordnung. Die Betten waren sehr schmal und die Matratze zu weich bzw. durchgelegen. Der Fernseher im Wohnbereich funktionierte nicht. Trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermietungsbüro wurde der Mangel nicht behoben.

Top Lage und zum Wohlfühlen!

Wir sind begeistert! Sehr freundlicher Empfang beim Check-In und bei allen weiteren Kontakten mit der Vermietung. Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Vieles liegt vor der eigenen Haustür ( Strand, Bäcker, Pizzeria, Eisdiele usw.) Für uns drei ( 2 Erw. und 1 Kind ) ausreichender Platz in der Wohnung. Vorallem sehr sauber. Seitlicher Meerblick und Überblick über den "Dorfplatz" sehr angenehm und schön insbesondere für die Abendstunden. Ein Makel, welches aus unserer Sicht verbessert werden müsste ist, daß kein W-Lan vorhanden ist. Ansonsten immer wieder gerne!!
