In Saint-Jean-de-Monts, in a secure residence just a stone's throw from the beach, we are offering this charming 23 m² studio apartment for rent, which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!

The apartment comprises
- 14 m² living room with armchair, dining area, TV
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A sleeping area separated from the living room by a screen, with a double bed (140×190) and a storage cupboard.
- A modern bathroom with shower and WC.

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. All essential shops are less than 100 meters away, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities:
Come and discover the seaside resort of Saint Jean de Monts and its beautiful 8 km long sandy beach.
- Fun and sporting activities: cycling on the many cycle paths, horse riding, rollerblading, water sports at the water sports center, fun activities in the forest on the Parée Jésus site, golf, mini-golf, marine thermal baths, fishing, cinema...
- A varied natural heritage. The dunes are rich in vegetation, and there are many organized walks to discover this ecosystem.
- You can enjoy your evenings at the Casino just 500 meters from the residence!

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the residence's public parking lots all along the avenue.
