Here's what's happening and easy to get to from the condo:
The Rehoboth Jazz Festival in mid-October, and the last weekend of October brings on the classic Sea Witch Halloween and Fiddler’s Festival. One of the great advantages of visiting Rehoboth Beach during the fall or winter is the slower pace of the atmosphere.

Shabby and Chic 3 bedroom condo with an open floor plan to dining, kitchen, and living room, 2 full bath condo that is convenient to everything. Located on Route 1 with easy access to the beach, restaurants, outlets, and activities. Access to community pool.

A lovely deck overlooking the condo complex pool. It's all about the flip flop life! Unwind and relax with your family, chill with your posse, or simply take a time out. A short drive, walk, or bike ride to everything beach life.

I was very satisfied with everything in this condo. The mattress was so comfortable to sleep in. The location was walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Also 5 minute drive to the beach. I highly recommend this place. It had everything you need to have a great family vacation. The host was very nice too. Easy to communicate with. I enjoyed my stayed at the Palms Condominiums!!!

Great 3-bedroom condo! We were in town for a baseball tournament and had stayed at the Palms before, but this was our first time in this condo. The place was in great condition and very well kept. We do wish the pool had been open, but that was not the condo owner’s fault. Overall, we had a great stay.

Great Stay - highly recommend.

The condo was a great location, close to the outlets, restaurants and beach. We walked to two very good restaurants nearby which was a plus. The pool area was great and we enjoyed the outdoor porches and the condo itself. We will stay here the next time we visit Rehoboth.

Nice stay

Rehoboth Beach

Our family of 4 adults enjoyed our stay in this condo very much. It was very clean and tastefully decorated, spacious yet very cozy. We had everything we needed to make for an enjoyable vacation. The community pool was also very clean and well kept. We would recommend this condo to others and would definitely rent it again.

Awesome accommodations, great vacation

The property is beautiful and so cozy! Truly felt comfortable being there for a week while we were on vacation. Theresa provided a lot of the basics, pots and pans, utensils, coffee pot and keurig, so we didn’t have to bring too much, though I made breakfast every day. Super close to everything, clean house and cozy, loved every minute of it <3

Cozy

Our stay was awesome! The place was cozy and perfect for our 6 adults and one child. The only issue we had was the beach wasn’t far away, but because of all the traffic it took us longer than we thought to get there.

Super great space and location

Loved the property, we got lucky and found this lovely space which was perfect for our family of six instead of cramming into a hotel room. Short drive to the beach, pool was nice. No complaints unless count wishing there was a toaster

Great stay, had everything we could've wanted

We had a great stay. The property was clean and gave our family plenty of space. The location was convenient to everything we wanted. The owner was very responsive and we really appreciated that. Having beach chairs available was a great space saver for us in packing for the trip. And we loved having the pool available. We will definitely consider returning for future trips!

Great 3 bedroom/2 bath condo. Very clean, comfortable beds/couches, and close to all Rehoboth beach fun. We would recommend jungle Jim’s (waterpark), and the Rehoboth beach boardwalk for families. Condo is decorated very nicely with nice outdoor space as well. Thanks!

Lovely Stay in Rehoboth Beach!

Just returned home from the best vacation ever! This condo was wonderful choice for my family! It was very spacious, beautiful decorated and was minutes away from shopping, the beach and great restaurants. We were comfortable the moment we stepped inside the condo; it was super clean and just felt like home. My family plans to book this condo again when it's available later this summer.

Better than the photos

This place was bright and clean. We were pleasantly surprised. It was better than the photos which is always a welcome surprise. The bedrooms were great sizes and the kitchen was fully equipped. We would definitely stay here again.
