Behind the private gates in Lake Oconee’s exclusive Reynolds Community, escape reality in your very own, highly sought after 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo. This rare gem has 2 floors and a private balcony overlooking the 16th green which includes a gorgeous creek. When you first step foot through the front door, you’re greeted with massive ceilings that are exclusive to third floor units. The main floor features high ceilings, a fireplace, cozy seating area to unwind after a long day, an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and retreat to the private balcony. The master suite and one of the guest bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master features a king bed with en suite bathroom, double vanity, shower and separate soaking tub. You will truly feel pampered when you escape to this luxurious retreat. The first guest room is also on the main floor and features a queen bed with access to the bathroom which includes a shower and tub for your relaxing needs. Retreat upstairs to the private guest suite that offers two full beds and en suite bathroom. A perfect room for your kids or a third couple with total privacy. Wake up in the morning and enjoy a walk on one of the many walking paths that wind through Reynolds Community and along Lake Oconee. Get your daily dose of nature, see plenty of deer and breathe in the fresh air that this amazing community has to offer. You’re sure to have a great day every single day. Daily boat & paddle board rentals are available on the lake at public docks close by. Reynolds is a short drive to Atlanta as well as Augusta so book your Masters stay soon as we book up FAST! Pets are welcome and will enjoy the great outdoors with a deposit and approval by owner. Membership required for use of community pool, and sports inside Reynolds community. (This includes, but is not limited to: pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, members only golf courses and restaurants within Reynolds.)

Please strip the bedding/towels and leave in the doorway of the room they are from. this helps expedite cleaning between guests. Thanks!

This condo is lovely! So comfy and well appointed with nice furniture and outdoor space. The area has many good restaurants and lots to do around the lake. A beautiful place for a family visit.

Wonderful condo in great location! Upon entry, welcomed by tall ceilings and updated interior. The layout of the bedrooms allowed everyone to space out and we were all very comfortable. The marina down the street was super convenient for taking a boat out. Would definitely stay here again. Owner was very responsive to messages.

We are building a house here and have stayed at several of these condo/cottages. Great location and plenty of room and some with a nice view. This one was clean and beds and furniture all comfy and this one does have a nice golf course view. Bring shampoo and conditioner.

Nice condo with easy access via elevator.. Neat and clean. Was there to visit my brother for his birthday. It was perfect for 3 adults having their own bathrooms. Higly recommend. Host were very attentive.

Mostly ok

the home was as represented in pictures. Check in was smooth and the community is nice. TV remotes are ridiculously complex to operate. No blender though listed; the listing touts location to the Lake Club, Marina, boat rentals and the Ritz Carlton...though none of these are available to guests. Constant construction noise . the unit was fine, but it felt like things were represented that weren't there or were not available to guests.

Mike, I’m so sorry you weren’t completely satisfied with your stay at our condo. I do understand that the remote controls are confusing, however I do provide detailed instructions on how to use the televisions before check in. I also understand that you could not find the blender in the unit, I have moved it to a more convenient location for future stays. I am unsure of any construction in the area, but there are strict noise regulations inside The Reynolds Community. As for the amenities, we have not had any issues with guests being able to rent a boat or golf at the public facilities in the area. This is also true at the Ritz, as they have restaurant options open for the public too. Again, I am very sorry that you were dissatisfied with your stay and hope you give us another try in the future. -Rachel Williamsen, owner
