The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming flat for rent in the town of Saint-Nic, less than a kilometre from the beach. It measures 21 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 14 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
