Imaginez une petite baie avec seulement deux maisons, une plage de sable, d'incroyables vues sur la mer et la personne ne peut perturber factthat votre sentiment de vacances idéale. Pas de voitures, pas de bars bruyants, pas de courses - juste vous et vos proches avec une vue romantique sur la mer et les îles inhabitées voisins. Cette maison peut réaliser vos rêves!

La longue plage de sable 100m est idéal pour les enfants, et disponible pour les clients de la baie seulement le matin et le soir. Pendant la journée, les gens veulent trouver leur chemin vers la plage par les pieds (1 km à pied du parking le plus proche) ou en bateau, car il n'y a pas d'autre route vers la baie. L'eau est incroyablement claire, pleine de couleurs et facile d'accès sur le sable.

La Taverna juste au-dessus de la plage prépare le petit déjeuner et le dîner Exclusivement pour les clients de la baie. Les sympathiques propriétaires accueillir vos souhaits et vos préférences, vous pouvez donc vous asseoir et profiter, soit dans la taverne ou sur votre terrasse. Vous et votre famille pouvez chanter, danser, rire comme il vous plaira comme il n'y a personne autour pour déranger!

Nous vous recommandons d'opter pour de petit déjeuner complet et le dîner pendant votre séjour afin d'éviter les déplacements et le transport de vos achats quotidiens.

La maison a été récemment rénové en 2015, est entièrement climatisé, et dispose d'un style simpliste mais moderne. Tout le mobilier est neuf, et tous les appareils sont aux normes les plus récentes.

Cet emplacement unique et intact offre toute activité, que ce soit le jogging, la marche sur les collines et les sentiers cachés ou la natation, la plongée et de la planche à voile dans la mer. Des vacances de rêve dans un endroit de rêve

La maison est située sur la côte est de l'Islande de Vis, dans la magnifique baie "Zaglav". Zaglav peut être atteint qu'à pied (1km de marche du parking le plus proche) ou en bateau. Il n'y a pas de voitures du tout, guère Ainsi, les gens! Il est célèbre pour sa plage de sable est à votre disposition 24/7 qui, les visiteurs vont et viennent seulement pendant la journée. Le Ferry de Split va 3 fois par jour et docks dans la pittoresque ville de Vis, qui est la ville de l'Islande et la principale à 10 km de Zaglav Bay.
Le stand-alone, maison nouvellement rénové est situé à 30m au-dessus du rivage, offrant des vues incroyables. Avec plus juste une maison et une taverne avec une excellente nourriture faite maison et du vin dans son voisinage, cette maison est un exemple rare de l'éloignement pacifique.

Beautifull bay

Great house, awesome terrace with view of the bay. The water in the bay is cristal clear and Vis is very beautifull. The bar at 50m from the hiuse has nice food. The owner of the tavern isn’t very hospitable. Would be nice to have a trash container with the house or a communal one at the bay.

Beautiful place but it has some flaws

The house is set in the bay of Zaglav and you can not reach it by car. It takes you about 15 minutes on foot (from Milna) on a quite rocky path to reach the house. To us that was not a problem but you have to bring water to drink and to cook on foot, you also have to take your trash to Milna (nobody picks the trash). The water in the house is not drinkable, the running water for washing comes from the cistern so you have to keep an eye on the water, because is not so simple to fill the cistern. Also if there is no electricity in the house the pump for the water is not working, so when the cistern is being filled, there is no running water. The biggest flaw of the house is, that it does not have the grounding for electricity, so you have to be very careful when you cook and load the dishwaser, because you get shocked. Also the house doesn't have the key, so you cannot lock the house which was for me really unpleasent. The view from the big terrace is spectacular, you overview the beach which is sand beach with clear water. The only down side is that the beach can get quite crowded, especially over weekends. But we just had a swim and then we enjoyed the shade on the terrace. The house has such a big potential, but it seems that is a little bit neglected, the mattresses should have been changed, also the shower curtain is moulded. All in all we had a wonderful holiday in that house, especially in the evening when there is really peacufull.

unsafe - property not as advertised

water at the property was not safe for drinking or cooking - but we were not told this until we had been there for 12+ hours drinking it - even though we shared our plans with owner and local host-they knew we were bringing in all our own food and children - house is remote& it took 2+ hour return trip on a sunday to carry in water. our child had vomiting& diarrhoea for days. air conditioning didnt work in children's bedroom at all. our bedroom aircon broke half way through the trip and was not repaired (it was august 35-40 degrees). something wrong with electrics- we were shocked each time we used the kitchen and sometimes the shower- not safe for children obviously! outdoor shower didnt work- owner sent my husband on a goose chase to try and 'fix' it before admitting it didnt work- if we used it we risked running out the water tank for bathing / toilet water in the house. Outdoor sink for the outdoor kitchen didnt work either. keys didnt work but owner didn't tell us this - had someone meet us a the to house to give us the keys and later we spent ages trying to make them work before contacting owner and he admitted locks were broken and we couldnt lock the house (which renders our travel insurance invalid if we were robbed). said there was a safe for valuables but we needed to check the batteries before using- nearest shop 2 hours away if we need to replace them! local host never replied to messages after we checked in. owner seems very dishonest!

Dieses charmante, rundum gut und hübsch ausgestattete Haus ist ein besonders schöner Ort für Liebhaber von türkisblauen Badenuchten, duftender Natur und abgeschiedener Ruhe. Den Sonnenaufgang auf der hauseigenen Aussichtsterrasee bestaunen, morgens alleine schwimmen, die Fische bewundern und mittags oder abends in der benachbarten Konoba sehr gut essen - was will man mehr? Für uns war es ein super Setting mit totaler Privatshpäre! Für die An- und Abreise empfiehlt sich ein Taxiboot zu buchen, dass das Gepäck und den Proviant / Wasser den letzten km in die Bucht bringt. Der einfache Fussweg vom Parkplatz zum Haus führt entlang der Küste und belohnt mit schönem Ausblick. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Vermieter und den Taxiboot war sehr nett, schnell und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für den herrlichen Aufenthalt in der Zaglav Bucht!

Wir haben hier zu zweit mit Hund drei sehr erholsame Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet.Groß genug auch für 4, eine wunderbare Terrasse mit Blick nach Osten über das Meer. Runter in die flache Bucht sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Es gibt nur zwei Häuser und eine kleine Konoba in der Bucht. Die Konoba hat von 11:00 und bis 20:00 Uhr geöffnet. Am Morgen bis etwa 08:30 ist man (fast) ganz alleine in der Bucht. Während der Hauptsaison herrscht untertags allerdings Hochbetrieb mit Yachten, Ausflugsbooten und Badegästen. Wir haben uns während des Tages auf der Terrasse aufgehalten und sind nur zum Schwimmen runter ans Meer. Am Strand sind während des Tages Hunde verboten. Am Morgen und am Abend kann man aber auch mit dem Hund gut schwimmen gehen. Das Haus ist nur per Boot oder zu Fuß erreichbar, am besten von Milna-Strand aus entlang der Küste (10 Min). Für den Gepäcktransport organisiert man sich ein Bootstaxi. Bei der Organisation waren wir wie bei fast allem auf uns selbst gestellt. Wenn man nicht jeden Tag Essen geht, muss man auch alle Lebensmittel zum Haus schaffen, v.a. das Trinkwasser (in der Konoba kostet die 0,75 l Wasser 5 Euro). Wir hatten dafür unser eigenes Motorboot dabei. Es gibt keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Alle Elektrogeräte teilen kleine Stromschläge aus. Die Nächte waren wunderbar ruhig, nur die Klimaanlage des Nachbarn brummt. Das Haus lässt sich versperren. Vermieter nie gesehen, Kontakt per email und Telefon hat aber gut geklappt.

Wir waren im Juli für eine Woche mit zwei Kinder in dem Haus und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Aussicht auf die Bucht ist einmalig und das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben abends auf der Terasse gegrillt und sind drei mal am Tag schwimmen gegangen. Für die Anreise ist ein Taxiboot zu empfehlen oder man reduziert sein Gepäck auf einen Rucksack um den 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Auto zu überbrücken. Uns hat das nicht gestört. Die Bucht ist aufgrund ihrer Schönheit immer gut besucht, was für uns angenehm war. Alles in allem: Ein tolles Haus an einem Traumhaften Strand. Danke Boris das wir da sein durften. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ein kleines Paradies

Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Das Haus liegt in einer traumhaft schönen Bucht mit einem flach abfallenden Sandstrand, der perfekt für Kinder zum Spielen und Baden ist. In der Hauptsaison haben das offenbar schon Viele entdeckt, so dass es nachmittags tageweise recht voll werden kann, aber da man auf keinen Strandplatz angewiesen ist, sondern jederzeit die paar Meter auf die eigene Terrasse gehen kann, stört es überhaupt nicht. Morgens und abends „gehört“ einem die Bucht dafür quasi ganz alleine, was ein wirklich tolles Gefühl ist! Taxiboot für die An- und Abreise würde ich im Vorhinein checken, hat bei uns problemlos funktioniert. Ansonsten sind wir zumeist über den kleinen Fußweg gegangen. Mit vielen Einkäufen kann der Weg in der Sonne schon sehr anstrengend werden, da heißt es gut planen mit Familie ;-) Die kleine Konoba am Strand hat sehr leckeres frisches Essen, was wir zum Teil auch als Take Away direkt bei uns auf der Terrasse genossen haben. Das Haus selbst ist bestens ausgestattet, es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Boris war sehr einfach und schnell. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben! Es ist ein wirklich großartiger Ort!!!

Beautiful views, terrible to get to, dangerous electrics and gas job, showers don’t work!😢

We arrived at night and required a boat to take luggage food and family, I had to walk as there was not enough room. The walk from where you park the car to villa is 1km. On meeting the boat we had to lug all our luggage 50m up a steep hill and narrow path. First impression in villa were great and the next morning the views were amazing! Problems started as we started to live there. Electric appliances very dangerous! The toaster, microwave & dishwasher will all give you a shock and more so if your hands were at all damp/wet! Then the gas hob is a real concern!! No carbon alarms so if any fault you won’t know about it but the gas is far from set upright! After making just one pot of boiling water it was thick in black soot underneath, really a bad sign of been set right. The shower, many days I had to go without as it just would not work? You might get between 1-2 minutes some days if you were lucky but many times it would give nothing. Strangely though the outside shower worked ok but only a cold water shower. This was probably everybody’s biggest complaint in the family especially as the other 3 were ladies with long hair to wash. Going anywhere was off putting having to walk 1km in 38+ degrees of heat dressed for the night and the thought of having to carry all your food and WATER back after was very awful!! On arriving we made it very clear we needed a boat to take us back at 9am when the day arrived the boat didn’t even after txting days before. On the day they said the water was too rough but there was very little waves, far less than there had been all week? We think it was probably because we’d not eaten at his restaurant as he owned the only restaurant in Milna all I know is it was made clear they could not help so I had to carry 100kg of suitcases, hand luggage & bits 1km across a dirt track in 35 degrees with clothes fit for my return to UK, I have a serious lung condition and my wife has arthritis so this was the worst possible out come we could have! To some it up, if you only travel with back packs, like electric shocks and don’t normally shower this is the place for you. It’s a real shame as the views and beach are amazing I just wish you felt like they cared a bit more about your safety, things working properly and getting you back to you car! A real shame 😕

Traumhaus am Strand

Unser Aufenthalt in Vis war dank Boris und seiner Mitarbeiter ein voller Erfolg. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Abende auf der Terasse haben wir genauso genossen wir die Möglichkeit, in der Früh ganz allein in der Bucht schwimmen zu gehen. Der Strand hat eine großartige landschaftliche Lage. Leider liegt im hinteren Bereich einiges an Plastikmüll. Da der Strand nicht bewirtschaftet ist, fühl sich offenbar auch niemand für die Reinhaltung zuständig. Wir haben überlegt, etwas nachzuhelfen, allerdings ist die nächste Mülltonne an der Straße, d.h. zu Fuß 15 Minuten entfernt. In Milna haben wir gut gegessen, aber auch einige Ausflüge in andere Inselteile unternommen. Es empfiehlt sich, mit leichtem Gepäck anzureisen, damit man nicht so viel per Boot ins Haus schaffen muss.

Tranquility and very nice view

The property offer a very quiet stay near a sandy beach. It's very well furnished and we found everything we need. There is two rooms were 5 persons could sleep plus a sofa bed in the commun area. The view from the terrace is amazing. You have to know that the house is located 15 minutes walk from your car and it's not an easy road with your suitcase and grocery. I recommended your luggage to be in backpack. We really appreciated the boat transfer by the owner on our way back. The only issue for us was the shower who offer water for few minutes (average 3 minutes) at the time and very very low pression or no pression at all. We were 5 and the shower time was really difficult. Beside that, the island of Vis is beautiful and we would recommended you this accommodation who offer an unique experience. The Barrette family

A true gem. Simply amazing.

My husband and I stayed at the villa for a week in September. We hired a car at Split airport as it was much cheaper to bring it across on the car ferry than hire a car on Vis (plus we saw more of mainland Croatia too). We arrived at Vis at 9pm and drove to Milna where we parked the car. We were so lucky that the villa hosts were available to pick us up in their boat and sail round to Zaglav bay, right by the villa. It was pitch black, the only light was from the moon and stars, so the 5 minute boat trip was magical. Am amazing way to arrive to the accommodation. The villa was spotless and well equipped with everything you would need. The outside terrace has a table and chairs as well as a sofa. Perfect for dining and relaxing whilst watching all the boats sail passed. The villa is located a short walk (approx 10-15 mins) along a lovely coastal path. There are just two villas at Zaglav, this one and another which I think the hosts own. They were only there at the weekend and we had the cove to ourselves the rest of the time. The beach is one of only 3 sandy beaches on the island and lovely and clean. The sea was so calm and clear, prefect for swimming. People visit the beach during the day by boat or the short walk from Milna. It was never too busy and completely empty by early evening. We hired kayaks in Milna one day and rowed to Stivini and back. Vis town and Komiza are beautiful. An evening meal at Roki's is a must if you fancy lovely food which is pre ordered the day before. A great experience and lovely setting. The villa owner, Boris, was very helpful and replied to messages very quickly. In summary, if you like peace and quiet and are happy with a short walk to the villa then you must stay here. It's a very special place.

Fantastic, serene seaside getaway

My family of four had a wonderful visit at this location. The views from the property are amazing, and the Zaglav beach which is a very short walk is one of the only sandy beaches we found in all of Croatia. We felt like we had the entire beach and property to ourselves, creating unforgettable memories. The house was very recently remodeled and had modern furnishings. The owner and hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Excursions in the island of Vis were unforgettable, featuring Stiniva beach, Val Restaurant, and the Blue Cave. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a peaceful and refreshing island getaway!

Sehr schön!!!

Das Haus liegt in einer wunderschönen Bucht mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich vorstellen kann... Ein perfekter Ort, um einen erholsamen Urlaub in der Sonne zu genießen. In der Bucht gibt es nur 2 Häuser, alle anderen Menschen reisen mit dem Boot oder zu Fuß an. Das Haus ist auch nur so erreichbar... Aber das macht es gerade so schön!
