About this property

Amazing 3BD Condo Close to Disney.. With Pool

A Cozy, Comfortable, Calming and Cute place for families and friends. 5mins Disney .. Seaworld and Universal Studios within 20mins. The beautiful Clearwater beach is just an hour away. Restaurants, Shopping and Entertainment just right next door. Yet, a little secluded and quiet. Go out and have fun... or just put your leg up on the couch and relax. Dip into the community pool or get your legs working in the gym or tennis court. Ideal and affordable. We love to host and care. See you soon!.

There are three bedrooms with queen beds in two and two twin beds in the third room. There is a separate living area and a large size kitchen.
The home has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and formal dining area, TV in each room and a washer and dryer, linen and towels are provided to the guests!

The pool and gym are open from 8am-10pm.

Unit amenities include; towels, linen, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, electric toaster, central air/heat, dishes, cookware and utensils

This home is located very close to many restaurants and shopping.

This is a strictly no smoking property.
Please no parties, no types of gatherings or events are acceptable. Sorry no pets. If violated we will charge $100 penalty.

Please note there is a security camera outside the main door monitoring the entryway to the house.

We have a playpen and a highchair for our very very young guests.

Great Location for Disney

Hosts were very communicative and helpful. Property is a no frills, but clean and the location can not be beat. It's minutes from Disney's property and easy to find. It's perfect for anyone who plans on spending the days out, but needs a good clean place to sleep and start their day.

Great location!

This condo was very nice and in the perfect location to theme parks and restaurants. It would have been nice, and we recommend, to have Roku tv instructions.

Better than expected

The property was a lot more spacious than expected. Extremely clean and organized. The furniture and decor was all very modern and in new condition. The check-in/check-out process was easy. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe for a family stay. The hosts were very attentive about reaching out to as before our stay and after check-in to make sure everything was alright. Would definitely stay here again and reccommend to family/friends.

It’s great to have 3 baths/3 bedrooms… and yes it's close to Disney... BUT…It was disappointing and definitely was NOT “well-equipped”. This was not a good value for the lack of quality. The furnishings are worn, master bed mattress uncomfortable. There are no ceiling lights or fans in any rooms including either of the living room spaces. There were coffee grounds in the coffee maker and the wrong filters provided, and we had to go buy a cookie sheet and a better shampoo/conditioner (cheap 2-in-1 provided). The stove did something weird where it heated up intensely on its own. There is no water/ice from the fridge dispenser. One of the pans ruined our breakfast because teflon flaked off. The BARE MINIMUM is provided... etc... the list goes on.I’m sorry to be negative but it feels like there was minimal effort. To make matters worse, it is the end of our stay and the host hasn’t responded to me for a WEEK about a billing issue on their end. I haven’t had ANY communication from the host for over a week!

Perfect for our party of 5

Clean and plenty of room. The 3 bathrooms were perfect for us. We had 5 adults taking showers every morning and never ran out of hot water, I was concerned about that. Kitchen had everything, bathrooms had everything including soap and shampoo. The neighborhood is gated; and the area is nice. It was perfect and close to Disney and plenty of restaurants. The owners were extremely nice and always responded quickly. I would stay here again.
