Fantastic rental for the price!! The townhouse was great. Comfortable beds and furniture. Lots of room. Pretty well equipped kitchen, plenty of trash bags, TP, hand soap and laundry/dish detergent. Even provided dish towels. (No seasonings other than salt and pepper). Great location and although close to bars, it was quiet inside. Great communication with the owner. The only downside was what you find at most rentals, the floors, bath mats and carpet were dirty/stained. Would definitely stay again!

location was excellent. Parking was great. Unit was well stocked. Close to beach. Walking distance to restaurants. The only issues were the condition of some of the amenities, ie ceiling fans, sliding doors, sofa, painting. Because it is end of season I would assume these issues would be addressed for next season.

We aim to provide a 5-star experience for every guest, and we are always disappointed when we fall short. We appreciate your feedback and are already planning several updates to Oceans Reach 7 during the upcoming offseason. We’re always looking for ways to improve our homes and our guests’ experience, and we hope you’ll consider staying with us again to see the improvements! Dan and Steph
