The apartment was really nice and exactly like the pictures. We arrived and waited for the host Brahim showed us around the apartment. He was nice and friendly and spoke very good English. The apartment was nice and big; the balcony was really nice. I was disappointed to see the swimming pool didn’t have any water and that was the reason I booked the place. I wish I was told the pool was unusable because I did ask if we would be able to use the pool and I was told we would be able to. The shower screen in the main bathroom is on the wrong side. So when you use shower water goes everywhere. We ended up using the en-suite shower in the bedroom. It might be a good idea to put the shower screen on the side of shower not opposite side as it is right now. There is no toaster provided in the apartment. The check out was problematic as we had nowhere to leave our luggage. I was told host will contact me regarding check out and luggage. We had to wait around during checkout. The host told us that is not a service they provide. He told us there wasn’t anywhere we could leave our luggage as all apartments were full and that there was other guests booked after us so I feel I was misinformed about the check out. Check out was very problematic and I was very unhappy about this issue. Host told me to contact the person through VRBO. Even though he had the number of owner. Leaving luggage after check out needs to be improved. Overall our stay was really nice in apartment
